Change Healthcare Corporate Giving Quarterly Report FY20 Q4
February 2020
A Message from President and CEO, Neil de Crescenzo
As we focus on giving back and serving our
communities, we stay true to our Pursue Purpose value.
At Change Healthcare we’re here to make healthcare
work better. The opportunity to help improve a person’s
life propels us forward. And having team members
across the globe dedicated to providing support and
care helps us ensure we stay true to our vision of
inspiring a better healthcare system.
Of course, Corporate Giving is more than just corporate sponsorships and
numbers. It’s about partnerships and relationships with global and local
organizations that are equally committed to our vision and aligned with our
values. I am proud of the progress we have made, and am optimistic about the
significant impact our efforts will continue to have within our communities.
I invite you to celebrate our accomplishments and share how you are engaging
in your community by posting in the Volunteer Chatter group.

Team Member Testimonials
“ Many people want to volunteer but often find it challenging to find the
time or get organized to do it. At Enterprise Imaging, I really appreciate
our team members who make it easy for us to volunteer or help raise funds
in many fun ways. The Volunteer days and Vitality points awarded make it
even easier and provide an added bonus! We have team members who
organize group volunteering days at local charities, including arranging
transportation; organize blood drives; and do other fundraising activities
including sponsoring local families in need, bake sales, growing vegetables
onsite to donate to the local food bank, and even raising our own
honeybees onsite to sell the honey! Our Social Committee also
incorporates fundraising activities when we have group events like holiday
celebrations and breakfast with Santa. It’s a great chance to promote
positivity, give back to the universe, and have fun with co-workers.
Cristene Gonzales, Richmond, BC ”
“ There is a great amount of good within our office and I
am fortunate to be part of a group that inspires me
often. Our team members always come together to
support many causes and our local community. They do
it in the true spirit of volunteerism and often stand on the
sidelines and behind the scenes of these projects –
seeking no recognition for their efforts. Two of our team
members; jumped at the opportunity to lead our Annual
Day of Service in January and quickly organized an effort
that resulted in donating 200 hygiene kits to a local
emergency shelter and a youth shelter. They knew there
was a need to provide these supplies and were willing to
put in the work to help support our community. This is just
one of the many examples of the amazingness that our
team members bring to our community.
