7. Transfer the pudding to a serving bowl. 
Dust the top of the pudding with ground 
cinnamon and serve.

Ingredients 

● Rice 
● Milk 
● Cinnamon sticks 
● Ground Cinnamon 
● Nestle La Lechera(14-ounce) 
● Carnation Evaporated Milk(12-ounce) 

Preparation 

1. Put the rice and cinnamon sticks in a 
medium-sized heavy saucepan. Bring to a 

boil,​ ​uncovered, and cook until the rice is 

tender, about 18 minutes.
