Serves 5 people
2. Add the egg mix ,it will be chunky don't
worry.
Preparation 3. Add the milk and water in a separate
measuring cup or a bowl .
1. Shift the flour and salt in a large bowl.
Make a well in the bowl for the eggs 4. Mix your milk and water in, slowly then
when all mixed in add the vanilla extract
5. Melt 2 Tbsp of butter and add it into the
mixture .
6. Turn your stove to mid-high for the
butter to melt , when the butter has
melted turn the stove to low-mid
7. Pour about ¼ into the pan and as quick as
you can move the batter around the pan
,to cover it.
8. Cook the side for about a minute and flip
cook the other side for about 30 seconds
.
Tips: When moving the crepes
around it's all in the flick of the wrist.
