MICHAEL ROZBRUCH FOUNDER AND CEO
Michael Rozbruch, CPA and Certified Tax Resolution Specialist, also known as the “Roz-Man,” is a pioneer in the tax resolution industry, and has a proven “in-the-trenches” track record as evidenced by accumulating 168 month-over-month consecutive revenue growth culminating in $23 million in revenue in just one year alone.
Michael is a nationally-recognized entrepreneur,
and is the founder of Roz Strategies and Michael Rozbruch’s Tax and Business Solutions Academy®,
an eLearning, training, and coaching services company that trains and helps CPAs, Enrolled Agents, and Attorneys build highly profitable practices through proven marketing systems and strategies. But he doesn’t stop there. He also trains on how
to “close” the sale, manage the client relationship, and knows firsthand how a best practice IRS niche practice should be run and operated.
Roslyn Rozbruch PRESIDENT
As President of Roz Strategies, Roslyn Rozbruch has worked alongside her husband and business partner Michael from the very beginning of launching their company in 2014. Since that time, Roslyn has helped Michael in producing and creating
all their products. She plans company events that range from their mastermind member meetings held in Los Angeles to their annual Tax Resolution Success Summit that attracts nearly 200 people that takes place in August. Roslyn is also involved with the overall running of the company and oversees the day-to-day operations.
Roslyn is not your typical entrepreneur and brings a different set of skills to the business. She’s had a varied career over the years, but one of her favorites was when she worked as a freelance journalist and reporter. As a journalist, she regularly contributed to The Los Angeles Times, as well as countless other local and national publications, and eventually was hired at Los Angeles magazine, where she worked as an Assistant Editor.
While Michael has the technical expertise in tax resolution, Roslyn brings a personal touch to everything they do for members. She is always thinking about new benefits to add, as well as new ways to make any of the Roz Strategies products, events, and memberships fun as well as valuable.

She hits the ground running every day, doing all she can to make sure each member is happy and taken care of. The best part of her job is hearing success stories from members
who are implementing Michael’s strategies and seeing them pay off in profitable practices and satisfied tax resolution clients.
JOHN ISRAELIAN

John Israelian’s focus is to help bring new clients on board and provide the guidance and care they need to get started implementing
the tax resolution and marketing strategies that Michael teaches.
John is uniquely equipped to assist practitioners interested in getting into the tax resolution business because he worked, for nearly a decade, alongside Michael in his tax resolution practice. Having worked directly with taxpayers who owed money to the IRS, John knows firsthand the challenges tax resolution specialists face and how to help them.
RUTHIE PONCE
PROJECT MANAGER
Project Manager is an apt job description for Ruthie Ponce because she is always working
on important projects for our Diamond members. She provides product fulfillment, sets up training webinars, and is learning to master the company’s CRM system, Infusionsoft/Keap. She also works closely with Roslyn Rozbruch helping her on a variety of projects, including organizing the mastermind meetings and the annual Tax Resolution Success Summit. Ruthie is the newest member of the Roz Team, but not new to working with Michael as she worked for him at his resolution firm for six years along with Becky and John.
