About School

Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Tampoi (A) was established on 1 September 1960 in Dengkil, Sepang,
Selangor. In the year of 2022, Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Tampoi (A) has 4 administrators, 17
teachers, 138 students and is insisted by 4 staff .
The school adheres to their vision which is “Quality education for educated people in a prosperous
country” and the mission of “Sustaining a quality education system to develop the potential of an
individual to fulfill the country’s aspiration” in order to form an excellent and distinguished school
based on the motto “Berilmu Berjasa”.
Pupils of SK Bukit Tampoi (A) consist of various ethnicities such as Malay, Temuan, Mahmeri and
others. The characteristic that can be seen in these students is that they are shy, quiet and do not
like to socialize. They came from indigenous villages around Dengkil. Among them Kampung Bukit
Tampoi, Kampung Bukit Bangkong, Kampung Tasik Seberang, Kampung Sungai Melut, Kampung
Bukit Jenuk, Kampong Bukit Unggul, Kampung Bukit Dugang, Kampung Air Terentang, and Kampung
Bukit Baja.
The client’s charter for Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Tampoi (A) is to always be responsive to the
students, parents and government as well as to manage work efficiently and wisely. In addition, the
school also will show an active involvement in shaping the students personality, developing
disciplinary, dedicated and caring students as well as to restore and maintaining the glory of the
school.

Observation Guidelines For Lesson Study in
Elementary School Setting

GENERAL
1.Properly and neatly dress
2.For female observers, do not wear excessive accessories and make up,
especially accessories that make noise.
3.Bring a recorder / HP to record audio/audio.
4.Bring a camera/HP to take a photo if possible.
5.Bring observation sheets and stationary.

OBSERVATION OF LEARNING PROCESS
1. HP IS OFF / OFF
2. Observation and recording is held during the agreed learning time.
3. Observers are not allowed to talk to students or teachers.
4. Observers are not allowed to take pictures as long as they do not interfere with
the learning process
5. Observers are not allowed approach students at a safe distance ( students still
feel comfortable) if there is something interesting about the students as long as it does not
interfere with the learning process.
6. Observers are not allowed to help teachers or students during the learning
process.
7. Observers only observe and record student learn and teachers teach: not
provide an assessment of the success of the learning process.
8. Observes identify students who have problems during the learning process, and
record their names and behaviors that are considered problems to achieve the effectiveness
of learning.
9. Observers records the ongoing learning process carefully in detail using the
observation sheet.

CLOSING
1.The teachers asks the students to read and fill out and informed consent form.
2.The teacher should entrust the informed consent form to be filled out by the
parents.
3.The Lesson Study team filled out the reflection log.
4.The observers input and save the observation record on the particular data
management.
