As of becoming the CEO a couple weeks ago, I have
been amazed over the stellar results coming from this
company. It has been a pleasure to see how this company
was able to dig itself out of its own ditch. There is nothing
that makes me happier than to see a company thrive, but
also to be a reason for why it’s thriving.

At this moment however we must get better and better
even though we're doing extremely well. There is room for all
of us to improve at what all do, and to do all of this as
company not as individuals. I hope for a even brighter future
ahead of us at the current rate we are going.

Sincerely,
Isiah Ragland
