When we set out to create the Platinum® Elite Hardside
collection, we knew exactly where to start. Platinum is
an extremely durable metal that is both highly valued
and desirable. We didn’t have to look far for inspiration.
The creative process began with a challenge: Bring
the attributes of Platinum to life, just as we did when
creating the Platinum® Elite Softside Collection.
We created every inch of the exterior to focus on being
both resilient and visually appealing. Carrying this
formula over from its sister collection, we added eye-
catching metal corner guards along with an elegant
yet rugged shell texture that reduces visible scuffs and
scratches. Leather accents, not typical to hardside
luggage, and the glint of metal accents in the carry
handle and zippers all add to the aesthetic, resulting in a
sophisticated design that is polished yet unpretentious.
Pairing these gorgeous exterior finishes with our
unique tri-colored interiors created a timeless collection
that is both durable and desirable, just like the
precious metal that is its namesake.

MUCH BETTER THAN MY AWAY LUGGAGE
I had been using Away Luggage the past few years, but a friend who
travels as much as me turned me on the Travelpro. This luggage is
lighter than my other, has more pockets and zippers inside for better
packing and sorting. The wheels are top quality and the shell is very
durable. I would highly recommend this luggage!

This spinner is extra quiet and smooth. There are zipper dividers on
both sides that are a welcome difference from other hard cases. It
also looks very upscale but not flashy. If you prefer hard cases then
I can recommend this piece.
