ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Rhino Construction is proud to be a member of the National Association of Church Design
Builders (NACDB). The NACDB is an established, board-certified, nationwide association of
firms committed to focusing on the ministry needs and styles of the churches we serve.

Our goal is to educate local churches in evaluating needs regarding buying, building, expanding,
remodeling or upgrading their facilities. The NACDB is the go-to vehicle for ministries facing
buying decisions.

Full membership in NACDB requires extensive training and certification in their Certified Church
Consultant (CCC) program. CCC certification requires classroom and field instruction, written
testing, and the preparation and peer review of a comprehensive thesis. CCC consultants must
be re-certified every two years to stay informed of the latest trends, materials, practices, and
products available to assist church in realizing their dreams for their new facilities.

1. PLANNING

Budget Development and Estimating - We practice a continuous process of cost contro:I during a
project’s lifecycle.
Value Analysis - Maximizes the impact of every project dollar spent. This includes cost analysis,
identification of alternatives, construction feasibility, labor and material availability, and the effect
on the project schedule.
Constructability Review - The preconstruction team reviews the design documents to ensure the
project is in line with the customer’s financial and facility needs and requirements.

2. DESIGN - BUILD

Design-build construction simplifies and streamlines the building process to save money and time.
With a design-build solution from Rhino Construction, we work hand in hand with the architects
from concepts to completion.

3. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

In Construction Management-at-Risk, Rhino is your building contractor in charge of all equipment,
labor, materials, and other services necessary for the construction of the client’s project.
