The structure for the MIKRA House was
prefabricated by Premier SIPs based on our
provided design. SIPs is short for ‘structural
insulated panels’ which use two sheets of
plywood and foam insulation to generate a
structural panel thereby avoiding the need for
internal framing.

views. This flexibility emphasizes the adapt-
ability of the tiny house concept, breaks the
boundary of size limitations and is a good ex-
ample of ‘smart’ home automation.
