Terms & Conditions:

 The items which are excluded in the BOQ and the entire item which are not mentioned


in BOQ are omitted in our offer.


 A variation (sometimes referred to as a variation instruction, variation order or change


order) is an alteration to the scope of works mentioned in offer in the form of an addition,


substitution or omission from the original scope of works to agree by both the parties in


written acceptance.


 Any relevant government approval required and shop drawing should be under client


scope.


 Scaffolding and any lifting equipment are under Client Scope.


 Any additional works, design change required during the course of project execution


will be done at extra cost & time implication as variation.


 Installation charges for 4 meter height only and if height is above 3 meter then


additional rate of Qrs. 7 /m2 will be charged.


 Other work related to Electrical / Air conditioning work etc. is under client scope.


 Any delay by third party will reflect the work execution period.


 Any re-work, addition or modification work will charge extra as Qrs 8/- per m2 .

 Any hindrance in material delivery / access to site, will be under client scope to provide


the material at work site or Sapir will contra charge to Main contractor for the expenses


as a labor charges.


 Any damage done by other contractor after/during the work will be main contractor’s

responsibility and charges extra for the rectification.


 We reserve the right to revise the price if order is split.


 Dimension of doors are as per the drawing measurement not as per the actual site


Measurement.


 Detailed drawings will be given only upon the receipt of advance payments.


 All civil works including mortar filling / Form filling / Sealant in to the frame are excluded


from our scope of work.


 All types of permits, passes shall be arranged by the Main Contractor

Payment:

1. 45% advance payment along with the Order.
2. 25% after delivery against advance payment.
4. 25% upon completion of 1000m2
5. 5% as retention for 60 days

(60 days PDC to be release after work completion)
