Made with heavy duty 16-gauge steel, the Smittybilt Defender Rack series maximizes BOLT-TOGETHER
you cargo carrying capabilities with aerodynamic styling that complements today’s
vehicles. Racks feature fully welded joints and light tabs; one-inch tubing that acts as FOR EASE OF SHIPPING
a base for a variety of attachments; integrated flooring to maximize functionality; and
multiple mounting options for a variety of applications. Choose from two versions: PLATFORM
the one-piece offers additional structural stability with fewer moving pieces, while the
two-piece bolt-together version is shippable via UPS for added convenience. FOR MOUNTING

Smittybilt has released a new and improved range of Jeep seat covers featuring multi-layered 600 Two Large Storage Pouches (Rear)
denier ballistic nylon for improved comfort, as well as waterproof functionality. These seat covers
are custom made to fit snug to your Jeep seats for a clean and stylish look. To assist with storage
solutions, these covers come with MOLLE/PALS webbing and various pouches and pockets. Five
pouches of various sizes are included with front seat covers. Two large pouches (one with multi-
compartments) are included with rear seats covers.

G.E.A.R. SEAT COVERS

The ultimate storage solution for your off road vehicle! The G.E.A.R. seat cover is a completely
new way of looking at storage for your off-road needs and fits factory and most aftermarket
seats from 1976 to 2015. Each cover is completely adjustable and manufactured from 600
denier polyester with a PVC liner. Each seat includes pouches that fasten securely using
a MOLLE/PALS Restraint System, which will not come loose under the harshest off-road
conditions. Pouches can be moved around for ease of use or transferred to any backpack or
bag with the MOLLE/PALS attachments. Seven pouches of various sizes are included with
front seat covers. Five large multi-compartment pouches are included with rear seats covers.
A removeable American or Canadian flag is also included with each front seat cover as an
added bonus! See part numbers on following page.

Few things are more rewarding than camping in the backcountry with family and friends, and 2788
roof top tents are a great way to set up camp in a hurry. Smittybilt’s latest product is the
Overlander Tent, packed full of features at an affordable price. The Overlander Tent attaches D
to the roof of your vehicle and sets up in just minutes, keeping you safe and secure as you
sleep. An optional Annex can be added to the bottom of the deployed tent with rugged
zippers. The Annex provides privacy and has windows and mosquito netting to ensure an
enjoyable outdoors experience.
Both the tent and annex and constructed from 600D heavy duty ripstop polyester that
has been impregnated with polyurethane to ensure they are completely waterproof.
The 92-inch x 55-inch tent is big enough for couples or small families, and the 84-inch
x 60-inch Annex provides space for cooking, changing clothes, and more. The tent
frame poles and included telescoping ladder are made from lightweight and durable
anodized aluminum while the hinges are constructed from stainless steel.
The Overlander Tent and Annex are easy to set up and take down, and when folded
away a heavy duty PVC cover keeps the tent completely dry and free from UV rays.

Smittybilt thought of everything with their new RECON Trailer. Starting with a fully boxed and powdercoated steel frame, the RECON boasts a
payload of 2300 pounds that allows you to carry enough gear for even your biggest adventures. Two-inch receivers are found at each end of the
trailer that allow the use of articulating hitches and the addition of hitch-mounted accessories, and three off-road jacks make the RECON easy to
unhook and balance. Independent, self-charging trailer brakes provide the ultimate security in the event of trailer detachment and meet trailer brake
laws in all 50 states. The leaf sprung suspension and solid axle are both simple and reliable.
The 14-gauge powdercoated aluminum tub has a large main compartment and two side cabinets mean that you will never run out of space again. The
side cabinets make a perfect spot to fit your generator or a camp kitchen, with easy access and locking t-handles. A 60 liter (15.8 gallon) fresh water tank
spans between the removable steel fenders and an aluminum tongue box is perfect for deep cycle batteries and electrical systems. Below the instant-up
tent, the main cabinet of the RECON houses dual sliding floors with four tie down points per slider and dual locking T-handles. Rain gutter rails allow for
