The new TOP ELIMINATOR is one of the most durable
commercial truck tops available. This all aluminum
cap is constructed with a .125 wall square tube frame
integrated with the full length side boxes for superior
strength. The .100 brite aluminum tread skin is over
twice the thickness of other "so-called" commercial
toppers on the market to provide years of service and
security. This is sure to be the most valuable jobsite
tool a professional can have!

SALES POLICY

Order Acceptance Policy
We shall accept orders from Merchandisers, Manufacturers, Van Converters, Recreational, and Commercial Vehicle manufacturers or
other established businesses marketing similar products. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to individuals or firms whom we believe
are not qualified. Possession of literature or price lists is not necessarily an offer to sell.

Returned Goods Policy
All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and a K & W issued RMA number. Collect returns will
be refused. Items returned will be inspected immediately. Merchandise shipped in error or with manufacturing defects will be
exchanged or credited unless other arrangements are made. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Claims for shortage, or error in
shipment received or invoiced, must be made in writing within 48 hours. K & W Mfg. reserves the right to charge for handling and
restocking in the amount of twenty percent (20%) of invoice value of merchandise. Special order, sale, or promotional items do not
qualify for return. Items that have been in your possession for more than one (1) year may not be returned.

Freight Claims Policy
Loss or damage in transit: Claims for loss or damage in shipment need to be made to the freight carrier at the time of delivery or as
soon as loss or damage is discovered. It is best for the order to be checked before signing the freight bill and if damages or missing
materials are noticed, they must be noted on the freight bill. When the freight company accepts the merchandise, the responsibility of
that shipment lies with them. We are not responsible for filing a claim after the carrier picks up the shipment from us.

Customer Pickup Policy
Customer pick up at the factory requires the customer to check receipt of product and sign the packing slip before leaving our facility.
Any shortages reported after this will not be honored.

Credit Policy

Orders will be shipped C.O.D. or charged to a credit card unless an open account has been established. A signed and completed
K & W Credit Application must be received before credit can be extended. Upon credit approval, open account terms will be
extended to customers who qualify. The following information is needed to establish credit:

References of four (4) current suppliers, including address, contacts, phone & fax numbers
Bank Reference, the above information, account number, and a qualified signature
D&B and Federal ID numbers, year business established and name of owner(s)
All special orders may require fifty (50%) percent down. Orders over ten thousand (10,000) dollars may require a letter of personal

guarantee.

Warranty Statement
K & W Mfg. warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from invoice ship
date. If upon our inspection, the item is deemed to be defective, K & W Mfg. will be responsible for replacement of the item only.
No cost for labor or installation will be reimbursed. Damages due to shipping and handling, improper installation, abuse (intentional
or accidental), and normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. All prices and specifications are subject to change without
notice.
