BIG COUNTRY WARRANTY

Big Country warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. This limited
warranty extends for 5 years for Black finishes, 5 years for Chrome, and a Limited Lifetime Warranty for
Polished Stainless finished products, from the date of purchase, for products purchased after April 2004,
by the original owner. All warranty claims must be accompanied with the original invoice and photos of
the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to regularly clean and protect finish with applications of
nonabrasive polish compatible with the product’s finish. This warranty covers the cost of the product only
and does not include the cost of removal, installation, or shipping of the product and is void if the product
shows signs of alteration, misuse, mishandling, improper care, neglect, improper application and/or
damage due to improper installation. This warranty provides a one-time replacement on workmanship to
the original owner if all of the above conditions are met.

Big Country grille and brush guards are designed to enhance the styling of the vehicle only and are not
intended as collision protection bumpers.

Big Country liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products manufactured by Big
Country. Products submitted for warranty will be subjected to inspection by Big Country. Any products
damaged by incorrect fitting, neglect or improper uses will not be replaced or repaired. Big Country
reserves the right to change specifications, terms, conditions, and prices of items shown in the catalog
without notice.
