motorhome parks throughout Portugal in the next 5 years.

Market in Portugal

Portugal is the more laid back and solidly reliable country of the Iberian
peninsula, and its property market has never experienced the peaks and
troughs of Spain. Although buying a home in Portugal has historically been
all about the lifestyle rather than the return on investment, this has begun

to change in recent years.
So what is happening and why? After the boom years of the 2007 market
peak. Property prices fell in the popular coastal resorts, just as they did

We aim to have 9 successful Motorhome parks
throughout the whole of Portugal, from the Algarve
stretching up to Braga. Giving safe and secure parking
to the massive influx of Motorhomers flocking into
the country. Once we have established a successful
brand here in Portugal we aim to move into Europe to
keep up with the growing demand of holiday makers
seeking a more free and rural holiday experience,
at very competitive prices. Many parks offer a price
per night basis, but the use of any other facilities
like washing machines or showers are charged at
an extra rate. But our prices will be inclusive of all
facilities to attract all Motorhomers not just to enjoy
the tranquility, but at a reasonable price.

Orange Groves have plans to acquire Motorhomes/
CamperVans to rent to the ever growing number
of holiday makers seeking the more free and rural
holiday experience, but not wanting to invest the
large amounts of capital these vehicles can cost.

so they’re not cheap! But the good thing is we
can charge upwards of €750 per week in rental.
Motorhomes are extremely well known at holding
their value, so great for when we wish to resell the
