Dear Team,
October 1st ,2019 marks completion of the First year of OUR
Integrace.
It has been a memorable year, which brought its own challenges and
achievements for all of us. We have been a division in the past but are
now an Independent Company. We became a melting pot where
individuals from different backgrounds, different contexts and different expectations came
along, but now, it heartens me to see how all of this is coming together to create a new
aspiration for OUR Integrace.
The journey to create a great piece of sculpture always starts with identifying a strong solid
raw form and then letting the artists chisel the form to bring out the beauty, hidden
underneath within.
Today I see Integrace, as a Top 20 Pharma Company, when it was small. In the last few months
I have also been working on articulating the core character of our Organisation. The
Leadership team went through this exercise in June and then their contribution was shared
with all of you (the entire 400+ strong team) in the first week of July. Integrace is the first
company I know where the Purpose and Values have been co-created with the entire team. I
would like to thank you for your whole-hearted contribution to this exercise.
Basis the feedback that all of you gave – we have finally defined the core character of OUR
Integrace.
Our Core Character has two components
1) Purpose: The reason that Integrace exists. A reason that all of us are working
together to achieve. Our destiny to fulfil.
2) Values: Our beliefs that define who we are. The behaviours that each one of us
will live by and make Integrace known for its values.
This docket gives you both – Our Purpose and Our Values.
Please keep this booklet as a reminder of what we stand for and how we can create a
consistent experience for everyone associated with Integrace I look forward to seeing our
values in action across the country and watching our strong organisation grow even stronger
As we embark on the journey to build our Character, I am reminded of this beautiful quote by
Mahatma Gandhi – “Character is not built in a week or month. It is created little by little, day
by day. Trust and patience are needed to build Character. “

The United Nations in 2015 has set 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), also known as
the Global Goals to be achieved by 2030. Achieving the SDGs requires the partnership of
governments, private sector, civil society and citizens alike to make sure we leave a better
planet for future generations.
With OUR purpose of “A new way to impact lives”, we are now entering a period of radical
transformation in a way that Integrace can significantly raise the basic standards of
