The Technical bit, How do we do it?

The Directory is a WORDPRESS search platform.

A single web page for each company with a
skiphirenear.me domain name is produced and
published on the internet as standalone web page.

These web pages are indexed within the platform and
the internet searched to display this information when
a search is made on the Directory.

This web page gives you an additional website which
can be searched by the public and found on the
internet without using the platform. When the page is
linked to your own website it will increase the SEO of
your own website because of its link to the Directory
being a National website.

The search criteria are simple:

Find local companies by using the first part of a local
Postcode and delivering just local companies.

The Classified Directory has four searches:
Skip Hire, Wait & Load, Grab Hire and Skip Bags

Statistics

During 2020 we are growing our presence on Internet
search engines mainly being Google and Bing. We
feature on both on page one for many different search
phrases. Our aim is to be number one for all skip hire
related search phrases for both search engines and
other search engines and Business Directories by 2021.

Statistics from the first six months of 2020 show:

 43% searches result in a direct telephone call,
(80% of Internet searches are made on Smart
Phones, we are able to record data when the
telephone link is used to make a phone call)

 38% searches are made on the Time Saver feature
 19% of searches result in an email enquiry

The Online Chat facility will be active in the second half

During 2020 and until 1st March 2021 this listing has a fixed monthly
cost of £19.95+vat per month

Pricing 2021

Terms: all listings have NO COMMISSION payable on
unlimited leads sent or converted to business, once a
Month Fixed payment paid in advance by Direct Debit.

Basic Listing

From 1st March 2021 this listing will cost £19.99 +vat per month,
One month deposit refundable as one month cancellation notice

SHNM Listing - Terms & Conditions

The contract we offer you is a month by month Fixed price contract.
As from 1st March 2021 TWO monthly payments are due for payment, one being a holding
deposit. Then a single month by month fixed Direct Debit payment. NO other payments
are due whatsoever for any business created by your company’s promotion on
skiphirenear.me
The monthly payment is due in advance one day before the start of the month.

Cancellation is ONE month’s notice with a minimum of 5 days before end of current
month when the one month’s deposit held will be used as payment for the notice month.

The below Terms & Conditions for the Time Saver Feature are subject to GDPR.
You are permitted to contact the recipient by either email, text or phone call and
discuss/provide them with a skip hire quotation. The recipient must be contacted within
seven working days from you receiving the email. After seven working days, if the
recipient has not agreed to an order for a hire of a skip, the information must be deleted.
The recipient data must not be made available by you to any third party.

There are no payments whatsoever liable from you to skiphirenear.me If the lead converts
into a skip hire booking with your company.
