INTRODUCTION

These days there are many people
who don't care about their health.
Many people don't understand
that keeping their body organ
healthy is really important, many
people also don't know that
smoking and drinking can cause a
really bad effect to their liver and
lungs. Our mission is to promote
ways to keep our organ healthy.

WHAT IS OUR AIM?

Our main goal is to help
people that smoke and
drink can stop smoking and
drinking by educating them
and give solutions for their
health and how to live a
healthy life.

WHAT IS SMOKING?

Smoking is a habit of smoking
cigarettes that is carried out in
everyday life. It is a necessity that
cannot be avoided for people who
are addicted to cigarettes.
Smoking harms nearly every organ
of the body, causing many diseases
and affecting the health of
smokers in general. Smoking can
cause many diseases such as lung
cancer, diabetes and etc.
Smoking also increases risk for
tuberculosis, certain eye diseases,
and problems of the immune
system, including rheumatoid
arthritis.

WHY IS SMOKING A BAD
HABIT?

WHAT ORGANS GET AFFETCED?
When you started to smoke the
organs that will be affected is
lungs, it's because when smoking
you are damaging some of the air
sacs and alveoli wont grow back so
it damages your lungs and many
other disease will develope. Air
sacs help you to breathe so it's also
one of important organ in
respiratory system.

WHAT DOES SMOKING CAUSE

Smoking can affect every part of the
body - from your skin to your brain.
Outside the lungs smoking causes
heart attacks, strokes and cancer.
On average, smokers live 10 years
less than non-smokers. Smoking
tobacco is the biggest avoidable
cause of death.

RESEARCH DATA

Cigarette smoke that enters the lungs can affect
the capillaries and every blood vessel in the body.
When some blood vessels are damaged, the
delivery of blood flow to the lungs will be
disrupted. In addition, smoking also increases
the risk of blood clots in the legs (deep vein
thrombosis).

One of the contents of cigarettes which is a

toxic gas is carbon monoxide. Nicotine.

The content of cigarettes that is most often

alluded to is nicotine. Hydrogen cyanide.

Benzene. Formaldehyde. Arsenic.

Cadmium.

By stopping smoking, you'll be protecting
the health of your non-smoking friends and
family, too. Breathing in secondhand smoke
increases the risk of lung cancer, heart
disease and stroke. In children, it doubles
the risk of getting chest illnesses, including
pneumonia, ear infections, wheezing and
asthma.
By stopping smoking, you can lengthen your
life expectancy, decrease your risk of disease
