THE INSTITUTIONAL SOCIAL
RESPONSIBILITY

“COMING TOGETHER IS A BEGINNING; KEEPING
TOGETHER IS PROGRESS; WORKING TOGETHER IS
SUCCESS”

“A LITTLE BIT OF HUMILITY CAN ALWAYS CHANGE
THE WORLD”

Going to college isn’t all about academics. Rather, the college
experience helps shape a student’s perspective about the community
strengthens the sense of social responsibility and enables them to
become well educated social beings.

Going to college isn’t all about academics. Rather, the college
experience helps shape a student’s perspective about the community
strengthens the sense of social responsibility and enables them to
become well educated social beings.

Villa Marie Degree College promotes ethical behavior and raises
awareness about key issues faced by the society. The college
aims to connect students and community to promote community
engagement.

The IQAC team commenced its operation with its first initiative
of Fund raising for essentials to the needy and Mask and Gloves
kits to the front line warriors of COVID – 19 – The Police and the
GHMC. The more you give to the poor and needy people, the more
you strengthen their belief in the generosity of the community. This
noble endeavor of the management and Villa Marie Staff of Degree
College in coming together in directing their energies and efforts
in raising funds and providing financial assistance to the poor and
needy has indeed proved their moral consolation that “hands that
give are holier than lips that pray”.

“Ethics is the new competitive environment - Service of Society is the highest 69
utilization of the force of life.”
