Quantifier คืออะไร

คือคำบอกปริมาณ ใช้ในการ
ให้ข้อมูลปริมาณของสิ่งใดๆ

some

"บางส่วน” หรือ “จำนวนหนึ่ง”

ใช้กับคำนามนับได้พหูพจน์ และคำนามนับไม่ได้
ใช้กับประโยคบอกเล่า และประโยคคำถามที่เป็นการ
ยื่นข้อเสนอ การขอร้อง หรือการเสนอแนะ

"เล็กน้อย จำนวนน้อย ปริมาณหนึ่ง"

ใช้กับคำนามนับไม่ได้ (uncountable noun)
มักจะใช้กับประโยคบอกเล่า

แต่ไม่มากเท่า many
จะตามด้วยคำนามนับได้พหูพจน์
(คำนามที่เติม s หรือ es)
