GIFT WITH PURCHASE
Challenge: Create a gift with purchase for two product launches.
Solution: To promote OUAI’s launch of their hair & body mist, we developed a
branded jewelry dish. This gift with purchase is both functional and trendy. For
OUAI’s second product launch, they partnered with skincare line, Summer Fridays
to create a set with a hair mask and face mask. We designed a terry cloth
headband embroidered with the phrase “Chillin’ Out. Maskin’. Relaxin,’” to
complete the set.
The RUB: Both of these gift with purchase campaigns were so successful that
they are now available for purchase on OUAI’s website.

NOTES
Challenge: Create a holiday gift with a high perceived value for the corporate
partners and notable VIPs of the New York Red Bulls.
Solution: Our team is always seeking innovative technology to bring to the branded
world. The Moleskine Writing Set includes a Moleskine journal, smart pen and
companion app. The app smoothly transfers your freehand notes from page to
screen in real time, giving you the possibility to digitize text,edit, organize, share
and bring your ideas to life.
Added Touch: All of the items were packaged in a New York Red Bulls
branded box.
WINNER
FUEL LIKE A WINNER
Challenge: Create a commemorative and personal gift to serve as an award
for winners of half marathon and 5k races.
Solution: We developed a ceramic mug award for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
winners in each age group of Iron Girl’s Clearwater Half Marathon & 5k. It was
important for Iron Girl’s branding to use their full color artwork. The large
imprint area of the mug allowed for a full color wraparound. This kind of
decoration provides branding from all sides.
Added Touch: Mugs were personalized with the winners rank for each event.
MASQUERADE
HERBALIFE MASQUERADE
Challenge: Produce a wearable and centerpiece for a Masquerade themed party.
Solution: We designed two ornate masks and produced 5,000 for attendees.
The extravagant centerpieces reflected the masquerade theme by incorporating
masks and feathers. These items helped to create a very a festive atmosphere.
The RUB: The masks served as a great social media driver. Revelers posed for
pictures in the masks and took them home as party favors.

PLASTIC SUCKS
Challenge: Client requested a tradeshow giveaway with utility and environmental
responsibility.
Solution: To keep in line with the client’s commitment to being environmentally
conscious, we produced a metal straw set with cleaning brush. As more states
continue to pass legislation banning plastic/disposable straws, reusable straws are
a great way to get your branding out in the world in an eco-friendly way.
Added Touch: The branded straw and brush were packaged in a woven
branded bag.
MEMORABLE MILESTONES
Challenge: Develop an ongoing commemorative piece to celebrate milestone years
of partnership for LPL Financial and their advisors.
Solution: Our awards team designed a totally custom, hand crafted three-dimensional
silver leaf shadow box comprised of a combination of Italian wood and metal.
Each award is matted and individually personalized, and takes our craftsmen
46 steps to build by hand from start to finish. All materials are cut and fabricated
in the USA.
Added Touch: We included congratulatory cards from the LPL Executive Vice
President and individually drop shipped each reward to the recipient. Each award
was beautifully packaged in a 2-piece blue box with silver ribbon.
OFFICIAL CEREAL OF
MAJOR LEAGUE SOCCER
Challenge: Create a fun custom gift set to present for MLS players to promote
the Post brand.
Solution: We developed a unique box set filled with a combination of Post Cereal
products and fun, commemorative items. The set included a box of cereal, a serving
of milk, a knit scarf, a pair of vibrant all-over design socks, an interior-printed cereal
bowl, a unique laser engraved spoon, and a thank you letter from Post. The retail-
quality magnetic box features vibrant graphics to emphasize the Post Cereals brand
and make their logos pop.
Added Touch: Tailored box inserts organized each item to kept them neatly in place
during transit.
Tips for Effective Marketing:
Incorporating custom packaging into your promotion allows you to turn your giveaway into a
gift, strengthen your brand recognition, showcase your marketing message, and differentiate
yourself from the competition.
POINT OF PURCHASE
THAT POPS
Challenge: Create a custom Point of Purchase display for L’ANZA haircare products.
Solution: Starting from line drawings, this fully custom display came to life by
collaborating with the client. The level of detail was very precise since L’ANZA
packaging had to fit perfectly in the display. Everything from raw materials to
decoration methods were carefully chosen and executed. These displays are now
in over 2,500 salons nationwide.
The RUB: Client continued to re-order display for new and existing salons.

SEE THE FUTURE
Challenge: Produce an attention grabbing custom gift to engage
prospective corporate sponsors.
Solution: The Magic 8 ball serves as a tangible touch point for a more
interactive sponsorship prospecting experience. The custom colored 8 ball
responds to prospects questions with 8 positive answers, encouraging them to
buy sponsorship packages.
Added Touch: The packaging is completely custom with New York Red Bulls
team specific questions about the benefits of becoming a sponsor.
AND THE REWARD
GOES TO...
Challenge: Provide selection of items to be used as gifts in a movie theater
rewards program.
Solution: The Promotions Dept. developed gifts for Gold Circle members of
ArcLight’s movie rewards program. Once a member has achieved Gold Circle
status, they are eligible for Gold Member surprises. Our selection included a
fleece blanket, journal book, beverage tumbler with straw and trending phone
accessories. 5,000 pieces of each item were ordered and were given away on a
first come, first served basis.
STEM LEARNING
Challenge: Design items for students K-12 to inspire and reinforce STEM learning
Solution: The Aerospace Corporation partners with K-12 schools to give kids the
opportunity to experience a day in the life at the Aerospace Corporation. Students
are given these items to take home as a reminder of what they learned during their visit.
Added Touch: The items are all aerospace themed – satellite desk organizer,
satellite keychain puzzle and a rocket puzzle.

BRING HOME THE SHOW
Challenge: Provide a commemorative gift for VIP attendees to Cher’s 2019 Here
We Go Again tour.
Solution: We wanted to address the trend of ticketless concerts by bringing
back the nostalgic feeling of a hard ticket. The metal replica VIP ticket offers a
CHERished reminder of an unforgettable performance for 3,300 mega fans.
Added Touch: The ticket is presented on a custom cut wooden base for
display.
MADE IN THE USA
Challenge: Create premium gifts for partners and opposing federations of
the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team.
Solution: We believed a USA made product was the appropriate solution to the
client request. An American craftsman forge bowl resulted in a functional
and decorative gift. The bowl came in an elegant gift box which included a romance
note explaining the history and significance of the piece. This unique gift is a truly
memorable way to display the team’s logo and branding.
Added Touch: The bowl is made from precious metal by America’s oldest forge,
founded in 1923. By gifting an American heirloom, we hope to encourage more
made in USA products.
GIVE GREEN
Challenge: Create eco-friendly items to encourage employees to participate
in an Earth Day service activity.
Solution: The Promotions Dept. team designed a set of items to be given away
as an Earth Day “kit” that contained shirts, lunch bags, pens, water bottles, and
desktop ceramic “grow guys.” The kit was an overwhelming success as offices
nationwide participated in events including litter cleanups, seeding and
transporting plant life, and more.
The RUB: The most popular item was the ceramic “grow guy,” who provided a fun
and memorable team building event as offices held contests to see whose guy
would grow the longest hair. Taking it even further, some employees dressed up
as the “grow guy” and took to Instagram with goofy pictures.
