Creators DR. AMRIT HANSRA Dr. Amrit Hansra is a multifaceted individual who seamlessly juggles two vastly different worlds - the world of acting and his demanding job as an Interventional Radiologist. He was born and raised in Northern California and grew up constantly torn between his love for acting and academia. He ultimately chose to pursue a career in medicine. However, after dedicating 15 years to schooling and training and subsequently working in private practice for several years, Amrit has finally made the transition to pursuing his true passion of acting full-time. DR. RAJVIR SHAHI Dr. Rajvir Shahi is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician. She grew up on Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada. Her research has been presented at national and international conferences. Her passion for creative writing initially grew as a resident physician while working on the frontlines during the pandemic. It has continued to flourish after having her son and daughter, who inspire her everyday. She looks forward to sharing her stories with the world as a writer and director. Despite their demanding careers, Amrit and Raj value their roles as parents to their two young children above all else. They continue to prioritize family outings to the park, movie nights at home, and impromptu adventures. Whether under the spotlight in the hospital or on a movie set, the two continue to pursue their dreams and fully appreciate all that life has to offer. ASHNA SHARAN Ashna Sharan is a 4x-optioned screenwriter in Los Angeles and has written on consignment as well. Her writing journey began when she developed an award winning 14 episode anthology web series in lockdown. When she’s not writing, she’s acting. She’s done several independent shorts, commercials and feature films. She’s also acted in HBO Max’s show, Our Flag Means Death, and the BET’s show, Twenties. Most recently, she wrote and starred in an awareness-based short film about sexual assault and suicide which is currently in the film festival circuit.
