Intended as an iconic element within the office, Badminton is a kind of throne
that impresses you with its size and shape. A piece that responds to the
changing needs of work spaces, more friendly, illuminated, ventilated and one
that promotes communication and work together.
Ideado como un elemento icónico dentro de la oficina, Badminton es una especie
de trono que impresiona por sus dimensiones y forma. Una pieza que responde
a las nuevas necesidades de espacios de trabajo, más amables, iluminados,
ventilados, y que promueven la comunicación y trabajo conjunto.
Conçu comme un élément iconique au sein du bureau, Badminton est comme
un trône impressionnant par ses dimensions et sa forme. Un produit qui répond
aux besoins des nouveaux espaces de travail, plus conviviaux, bien éclairés et
ventilés qui favorisent la communication et le travail en équipe.
Dieser Sessel wurde von ITEMdesignworks als ikonisches Element im
Büro designt, der im Arbeitsbereich einen besonderen Akzent setzen soll.
Es ist eine Art Thron, der mit seiner Größe und Form beeindruckt. Eine
kommunikative Umgebung, die zur Zusammenarbeit anregt. Ein Möbelstück,
das neue Anforderungen im Arbeitsbereich aufgreift, den Wunsch nach einer
freundlicheren, helleren, luftigeren Umgebung.

Thanks to its dynamic and open conception, it enables conversation,
reading and the use of electronic devices without falling into a
relaxed state which impedes your concentration. To maintain the
active attitude, we have removed its arms and set at 180 degrees
which favours privacy for the user due to its high degree of sound
proofing.
Gracias a su concepción dinámica y abierta, permite la conversación,
la lectura o el uso de dispositivos electrónicos sin caer en una
relajación que impida tu concentración. Para mantener esa actitud
activa, se han eliminado los brazos y establecido una apertura de
180 grados que favorece la conectividad privatizando a su vez al
usuario gracias a su alto grado de fonoabsorbencia.
Grâce à sa conception dynamique et ouverte, elle permet un coin
de lecture, de conversation avec la possibilité d´une connexion aux
dispositifs électroniques sans entraver la concentration. Pour maintenir
cette attitude active, nous avons éliminé les accoudoirs et créons une
ouverture de 180 degrés pour favoriser toute connexion en maintenant
l´intimité grâce au haut degré d´insonorisation.
Dank seiner dynamischen und offenen Konzeption lädt er zum
Gespräch, zur Lektüre oder zum Gebrauch elektronischer Geräte
ein, und er verhindert gezielt ein Übermaß an Entspannung, um die
Konzentration aufrechtzuerhalten. Um diese aktive Haltung zu erhalten,
wurde auf Armlehnen verzichtet. Der Öffnungswinkel von 180 Grad
ermöglicht die Kommunikation, zugleich aber schafft er auch dank des
hohen Schalldämmeffekts eine grosse Privatsphäre.

Badminton also has a wide range of possibilities in its colours,
textures and finishes, thanks to being able to select both the housing
finish as well as the two interior.
Badminton juega además con una amplia gama de posibilidades en
sus colores, texturas y acabados, gracias a que se puede seleccionar
tanto el acabado de la carcasa exterior como los dos tapizados de
su interior.
Badminton a une grande gamme de possibilités sur le choix des
couleurs, des textures et des finitions. Vous pouvez sélectionner
la finition de la carcasse extérieure comme les deux tapisseries
intérieures.
Badminton spielt zugleich mit einer großen Bandbreite an
Möglichkeiten von Formen, Texturen und Oberflächen. So lassen sich

independent work desks. The aim is to feel well and comfortable, but
always with an active attitude.
Badminton invita a sentarse, a cambiar de espacio y posición, a salir
de las mesas de trabajo independientes. El objetivo es sentirse bien
y cómodo, pero siempre con una actitud activa.
Badminton vous invite à vous assoir, à changer d´espace et de
position, et de sortir des bureaux fermer. . L´objectif est de se sentir
bien et confortable, tout en ayant une attitude active.
Badminton lädt zum Hinsetzen und dazu ein, mal die Haltung und
die Umgebung zu wechseln, den eigenen Schreibtisch zu verlassen.
Man soll sich darin gut und bequem fühlen, doch stets in aktiver
Haltung.

One of the differences with the classical models which inspired it, is the exterior
housing which has a different material to the rest and is offered in gloss or satin
finishes. This enables a multitude of combinations and including the adaptation
to brand images of each company or project for which it is intended.
Una de las diferencias con los clásicos modelos en los que se inspira, es que
su carcasa exterior tiene un material diferente al resto, y se puede ofrecer en
un acabado brillo o satinado. Eso permite realizar multitud de combinaciones
e incluso adaptarlas a la imagen de marca de cada empresa o al proyecto para
el que se destine.
À la différence des précédents modèles, sa carcasse extérieure a un matériel
différent au reste. Il dispose de finition de couleur brillante ou satiné. Ce qui vous
permet de réaliser une multitude de combinaisons et de l ´adapter à l´image de
marque de votre société ou à votre projet.
