Project Title:

This logbook will record the progress of the student, from the commencement of project
until completion of the project.

The student is required to retain the logbook. It is the responsible of the student to keep
the log book updated. Need to record each meeting, all suggestions, comments and
instructions regarding the progress of project.

The logbook is an official record of contacts between the student and the supervisor(s). A
minimum of 6 meetings in a semester for each FYP (A or B)

This log book has to be submitted together with the FYP final thesis/report. The Faculty
reserves right not to accept thesis/report for examination if this log book is not properly
documented.
