COURSE ASSESSMENT DETAILS a) COURSEWORK (40%) i. Creativity 10% . (assessing PO5 – Social skills, teamwork and responsibility) One continuous assessments [10%] will be carried out on week 5, respectively with the aim to assess your team work (PO5). It cover total quality management chapter Instruction: • The group will identify issue or conflict during their clinical posting in Hospital University Sains Malaysia. • Analyze and synthesis the issue or conflict • Used your knowledge, skill and creativity to solve the issue or conflict using one of the TQM model • All of your evidence or statement should be support from journal, at least 3 journal • Date for seminar presentation • Time for presentation 20 - 30 minute for each group • The hard copy of the power point or others material should be sent a day before presentation • Your presentation must have all the element in rubric PO5

It cover ward management chapter Instruction: • Identify a leader you feel can inspire and empower the community. • Used your knowledge, skill and creativity to analyze and synthesis the leader biography • Date for seminar presentation • Time for presentation 20 - 30 minute for each group • The hard copy of the power point or others material should be sent a day before presentation • The criteria of you presentation must have the element in PO9
Rubric PO9 : Managerial and leadership skills
iii) Group presentation 20%, addressing PO8 – managerial and entrepreneurship skills) One assignments [20%] will be given throughout the course to enhance your knowledge attainment, aiming to evaluate your managerial and entrepreneurship skills (PO8). The aim of assignment is to help you empower your managerial and entrepreneurship skills during presentation of micro teaching, which it covered in chapter 11 and 12. Instruction: • Choose any topic that you fell can give profit • Content of your presentation must have all the criteria on rubric • Used your own creativity during the presentation • Students also need to assess other group members and give marks using rubric PO8. • 5 percent of the 20 percent marks will be rated by students and the assessment need to be sent after presentation
Rubric PO8 : Entrepreneurship skill
b) Final Examination (60%) A final examination at the end of the course will be held during the examination weeks. This is a three hour examination that carries 60% of your total course assessment. Students are asked to answers 20 MCQs and 8 out of 10 MEQs.
