To my sons,
Escape yourself from the fear of unknown

~Dad

INTRODUCTION

I asked “what did you see?” then she answered, “See? I was
not seeing, I was there!” then I said “I mean, in your dream!”

and she replied “Dream? I was not dreaming! It was real. I
was there!” then I said, “Yes… it was the lucid dreaming.”

That is a part of the The consciousness of average
conversation I had with my people is chained to the
wife when she experienced her distractions they have
first lucid dreaming. It was learned day by day. Since
March 19th, 2016. I guided her
to enter her subconscious lucid dreaming is the journey

need to do first is to unchain
your consciousness from any

then she experienced the lucid

dream. She tried it several times but no success. In her 4th

attempt, she eventually got it.

I believe that the fact that you are reading this book
means that you are interested in lucid dreaming. Regardless
of your belief, whether you believe that it is real or not, you
may be interested in lucid dreaming. Therefore, you read
this book. If that assumption is correct, then congratulation,
you found it.

I’ve been doing this from 2015 until now. I can
experience lucid dreaming whenever I put my head on the
pillow and I can stop it whenever I want. Lucid dreaming
has been one of the psychokinetic skills that I can utilize at
will. I researched lucid dreaming by reading relevant
textbooks, watching videos (and most of them are scams!),
and I know that only experience that can be the real
teacher. However, to have your experience, you need
guidance. Fortunately, here I am to guide you just like I
guided my wife and many of my lucid dreaming students.

This book is not written by one-night experience.
This book is not written by successful experiences on lucid
dreaming. I write this book based on the problems that I

2

had when doing this. I do this so that you don’t have to
experience the same failures that I had a few years ago.

Many sources on the internet promise you the
“shortcut” to lucid dreaming. You can find them anywhere
on YouTube. However, let me tell you this. There is no such
thing called “shortcut” in lucid dreaming. If you have a
dream with the shortcuts they offer, it must be just an
ordinary dream. Try the same shortcut tomorrow and you
will be disappointed because you can't control the
occurrence of an ordinary dream. Only is lucid dreaming
controllable and that is not a short journey.

The consciousness of average people is chained to
the distractions they have learned day by day. Since lucid
dreaming is the journey of consciousness, what you need to
do first is to unchain your consciousness from any
distraction factors; and this requires deep understanding
and dedicated training. Once you have mastered this, you
can do it anytime you wish.

3

Fortunately, I am not someone who usually makes
simple things complicated. I am someone who usually
makes complicated things simple. It does not mean that I
create shortcuts to lucid dreaming. You will find the way I
explain lucid dreaming (the requirements and the exercises)
is extremely simple. However, there are a few things that
should be explained as they are. I will avoid using too many
technical terms and theoretical explanations. You will find
more practical instructions rather than theoretical
explanations in this book.

You can read and watch relevant videos. You are
fully in charge. I just want to tell you that should not waste
your time. Sometimes, more readings can lead you to
confusion and doubt especially when you find different
books explain the same thing in different ways. Do not let
the difference between authors' perspectives and
terminologies confuse your mind. If you are a serious
student of lucid dreaming, this book is enough for you.

humans and spirits including God. Dream was never

ignored because it contained messages. In some religious

stories, it is told that some prophets communicated with

God (or got messages from God) through the dream.

Abraham dreamed that God told him to sacrifice his son.

Joseph was also told as a dreamer interpreter. He

interpreted the Kings' dreams. These stories are noted in

the Holy Scripts (e.g. The Koran).

5

Today, average people will “smile” at you when you
tell them that you got a “message” from God or spirits
through a dream. Average people believe that dream has
nothing to do with spirituality or mysticism. Dream is
nothing but psychology.

Sigmund Freud is one of the psychologists that
seriously took a dream into his account. Carl Jung is also a
considerable psychologist in this context. According to
Freud, the dream is a manifestation of one's unconscious
desires. A popular saying in psychology is "when the
conscious mind rests, the unconscious mind whispers". This
is pointing to the dreaming phenomenon.

Dream, psychologically, is a show of the hidden
desires that we have in our unconscious mind. During sleep,
our thoughts and memories are said to be reorganized and
when it happens the dream happens. So, dreaming is
nothing but the “showing up” of what we already have in
our unconscious minds.
