1.1 可以提前选座？

Can I choose a seat in advance?
国内/国际航班均可提前选座，以下城市机场出发的航班除外：德黑兰、新泻、奥什、清州、
澳门、海参崴、胡占德、杜尚别、阿什哈巴德、塔什干、兰卡威。
Seats on Domestic/international flights can be selected in advance, with the exception
of flights departing from the following city airports: Tehran, Niigata, Osh, Cheongju,
Macau, Vladivostok, Hu Zhande, Dushanbe, Ashgabat, Tashkent, Langkawi.

1.2 需要收费吗?

提前选座仅针对中国港澳台/国际航班的原明珠经济舱座位和少量经济舱座位进行收费。
Advance seat selection is only for the original Pearl Economy class seats and a small number of
economy class seats for China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan plus international flights.

1.2.1.1 国内航班提前选座全部免费；
All domestic flights are free of charge when booked in advance;

1.2.1.2 航班头等舱、公务舱、明珠经济舱免费，付费座位以外的经济舱免费。
First class, business class, Pearl Economy class are free of charge, including some
economy class seats outside the paid seating area.

1.4.1.1 输入以下网址，打开后按照提示输入相关信息后开始选座：

1.4.1.2 登录会员账号密码

1.4.1.3 按照提示选择航段以及座位，付费座位区域的金额不同，请确认后输入联系人姓
名以及联系方式，之后提交订单选项
Follow the prompts to select the flight segment and the seat. The amount for the
paid seating areas are different. Please confirm the contact name and contact
information, and then “submit the order” option.
1.4.1.4 再次确认座位信息后点击提交订单按钮
After confirming the seat information again, click the “submit order” button.
1.4.1.5 选择付款方式，网页版支持海外信用卡支付
Select payment method, web version supports overseas credit card payment.

1.4.2 APP 操作
APP login

1.4.2.1 打开南航 APP 后点击选座&办理登机牌选项，按照提示输入相关信息
Open the China Southern Airlines app and click on the option to choose the
boarding pass and enter the boarding pass required information. Follow the
prompts to enter the relevant information.

1.4.2.2 点击选座按钮进入选座选项
Click the seat button to enter the seat selection option.

1.4.2.3 选择座位

1.4.2.4 再次确认选座信息，选择支付方式后点击确认座位按钮
Confirm the seat selection information again, select the payment method and
click the confirm seat button.

1.4.2.5 按照提示进行操作，目前 APP 仅支持微信支付以及支付宝支付
Follow the prompts. Currently APP only supports WeChat payment and Alipay
payment.

1.4.3 GDS 渠道代理人购买
Channel agent purchase
在线选座同时支持 GDS 系统购买，可联系南航迪拜授权代理进行操作
Online selection also supports GDS system purchase, you can contact China
Southern Airlines authorized agent to assist you.

1.5 温馨提示：

Tips:
1.5.1 提前选座支持儿童旅客办理，价格与成人相同，不支持婴儿旅客。

Advance seats are available for children, the price is the same as for adults. Advance
seat is not available for infants.
1.5.2 未满 15 周岁、行动不便的旅客以及孕妇不能选择安全通道座位。
Passengers under the age of 15 and pregnant women cannot choose the Emergency
Exit seats.
1.5.3 购票之后即可办理提前选座，截止时间为航班起飞前 2 小时，航班起飞前 48 小
时或机型调整均可免费办理退座。
You can log into the official CSA website to apply / cancel the paid-for seat
reservation product 48 hours prior to flight departure.
1.5.4 凡在南航电子渠道办理提前付费选座业务的旅客，可在旅行结束后 30 天内拨
打 95539 索取普通增值税发票。
Passengers who apply for pre-paid seat selection services at China Southern Airlines'
electronic channels can dial within 30 days of the end of the trip.Call 95539 for a
general VAT invoice.
1.5.5 南航有权对购买安全通道座位的旅客进行座位调整以保障航班飞行安全。
China Southern Airlines has the right to make seat adjustments for passengers who
purchase exit seats to ensure flight safety.

2.1 哪些航班可以购买额外行李？

Which flights can I purchase extra baggage?
以下机场始发的航班暂不支持购买额外行李：
新泻、新西伯利亚、海参崴、胡占德、兰卡威、芽庄、德黑兰、阿什哈巴德、杜尚别、
塔什干、奥什、阿姆斯特丹、巴黎。
Flights departing from the following airports do not currently support the purchase of
additional baggage:
Niigata, Novosibirsk, Vladivostok, Huzhande, Langkawi, Nha Trang, Tehran, Ashgabat,
Dushanbe, Tashkent, Osh, Amsterdam, Paris.

2.5.1 适用客票：旅客需先购买南航实际承运航班的客票，并订妥座位。

and then reserve the seat.

2.5.2 适用航班：“CZ”开头且由南航实际承运的航班。

2.6 产品内容及标准

2.6.1 额外行李服务标准：

Additional baggage service standards:
此服务仅适用于国际额外行李单件重量不超过 23KG，三边之和不超过 158CM 的行

李，如旅客所持行李规格不符合此要求，须在机场逾重行李柜台交费。

The service is only applicable to baggage with an international extra baggage weight
not exceeding 23KG and a sum of three sides not exceeding 158CM. If the baggage
specification of the passenger does not meet this requirement, it must be paid at the
airport excess baggage counter.

2.7 产品价格

2.7.1 额外行李产品区分不同航线进行阶梯式定价，具体价格以官网显示为准；

Additional baggage products are divided into different routes for pricing, the specific
price is subject to the official website display;
2.7.2 南航保留在事先不告知的情况下调整额外行李产品价格的权利。
China Southern reserves the right to adjust the price of additional baggage products
without prior notice.

Tips
2.9.1 南航实际承运航班的成人和儿童旅客可以购买额；

The amount of purchases for adult and child passengers on the actual flight of China

2.9.2 购买了额外行李的旅客须前往机场值机柜台办理乘机和行李托运手续；已办理
乘机手续的客票不可购买额外行李；
Passengers who have purchased extra baggage must go to the China Southern

check-in is finalized;

From Dubai to Guangzhou, Wuhan, Urumqi, and Shenzhen China Southern Airlines
provides “Neighbor-Free Seat” service. The service product is valid only for economy
class tickets, and passengers can purchase additional 1/2/3 seats in economy class.
