ASKILI KUMLAMA MAKİNELERİ VE ÇALIŞMA PRENSİPLERİ
Makine ana gövde (kabin), elevatör, seperatör, filtre, türbinler, siklon ve kumanda panosu ünitelerinden oluşur.
Gövde içinde türbin hedef bölgeleri manganlı çelik ile diğer yerler ise özel kauçuk lastik ile kaplanır. Ana gövde
üzerine yerleştirilen mekanik türbinler bombardıman yaparak malzemelerin temizlenmesini sağlar. Temizleme
işlemi türbinlerin çelik bilye bombardımanı ile yapılır. Bombardıman sırasında malzeme yüzeyinden çelik bilyelerin
çıkardığı kum ve tozlar helezona dökülür. Helezonda bulunan bilya ve kumlar elevatöre oradan da seperatöre
dökülür. Separtörde temizlenen çelik bilyalar tekrar türübünlere aktarılır. Seperatörden çıkan iri parçalar siklonda,
siklondan gelen tozlar ise kuru tip jet pulse filtrede tutulur. Temiz hava ise fan ile dışarı verilir.
Otomatik askılı kumlama sisteminde çift askı sistemi vardır. Birinci askı sistemi makine içerisinde temizleme işlemi
yaparken, dışarıda bulunan ikinci askı sistemi ise temizlenecek diğer malzemeleri işleme hazır hale getirir.

HANGER SHOTBLASTING MACHINE AND IT’S WORKING PRINCIPLE
This machine consists of a shotblast cabin, elevator, seperator, filter, turbines, cyclone and a control panel. In the cabin;
turbine target sides are manganesed steel and the other parts are covered with special rubber. The mechanical turbines
which are placed on the cabin, are made to clean the material by salvo bombing. The cleaning operation is made the by
steel marble bombardment; while salvo bombing the sand and dust that deduct from the steel marble is poured into the
helix. The marble and the sand coming from the helix is poured into the elevator and then to the seperator. The marble
cleaned in the seperators, are again transfered to the turbines. The big pieses coming from the seperator are held in the
cyclone, and the dust which comes out from the cyclone is held in dry jet pulse filter. The clean air goes out with a fan.
In an automatic Hanger Shotblasting Machine; there are two types of hanging systems. While the first hanging system
makes the cleaning inside of the machine, the second one makes the other materials ready for the operation.

MİL VE PROFİL KUMLAMA MAKİNESİ ÇALIŞMA PRENSİBİ
Makine gövdesi V yataklı giriş ve çıkış ruloları, filtre ünitesi, tirbünler, elevatör, seperatör, siklon ve kumanda
panosundan oluşmaktadır. Makine iç kısmı manganlı çelik plakalar ile kaplıdır.
Makinenin giriş ve çıkışında bulunan malzemelerin istenilen hızda ilerlemesi hız kontrol sistemi sayesinde
ayarlanabilir. Hız ayarı hız kontrol ünitesi ile yapılır.
Makine gövdesinin alt ve üst kısmına yerleştirilen tirbünler, alttan ve üstten bombardıman yaparak, malzemenin
çevrilmeden bir defada her tarafının temizlenmesini sağlar. Elevatör makine içine dökülen çelik bilyeleri bant üzerine
takılan kovalar ile seperatöre taşır. Elevatörün getirdiği tozlu çelik bilyeler seperatöre dökülür. Dökülen çelik bilyeler
döner, elek sayesinde tozdan ayrıştırılır. Bu sayede tirbünlere tozsuz çelik bilye aktarılır. Tozlar ise önce siklondan
geçer, sonrasında torbalı filtrede tutulur.
Filtre kuru sistem olup içerisindeki bez torbalar sayesinde tozun dışarı çıkmasını engeller. Torbalardaki tozun
temizlenmesi otomatik patlaç valfler ile yapılır.

ROUND BAR SHOTBLASTING MACHINE WORKING PRINCIPLE
The machine cabin consists of V bearing input and output rolls, filter unit, turbines, elevator, seperator, cyclone and
control panel. In the cabin; turbine target sides are manganesed steel. The materials’ speed-placed at the input and
output of the machine-could be arranged by a speed control system.
The turbines placed at the bottom and top of the machine, cleans all part of the materials without turning and by
bombing up and down. The steel ball and the sand coming from the helix is poured into the elevator and then to the
seperator with bands and the buckets. The dusty steel balls coming from the elevator are poured into the seperator.
The steel balls are seperated from the dust by a rotary screen. By this way dustless steel ball transferred .
The dust firstly passes from the cyclone and then is placed into the bag filter.
