As we move toward recovery from the COVID-related downturn we have experienced, the table
below provides a good overview of our portfolio of nine hotels. From 2019 as our properties were
in the ramp-up process, to the sudden and extreme decrease that hit us in March 2020, to what we
now see as the beginning of the recovery period as we move through 2021 and beyond.

This table shows the performance of the total portfolio. As we move forward throughout the year
we will dive deeper into greater detail to illustrate our three markets and then each of our nine
individual properties. This will help give everyone a better idea of how each property is
performing, and the important role each property plays in our plans for growth and success!

KWB CREW SPOTLIGHT: MICHAEL BLISS

Mike is our Assistant Director of Hotel Operations & Sales for our
portfolio of nine hotels. Mike works hand-in-hand with Edee Summers

(our Director of Hotel Operations & Sales) in the oversight of
operations for our portfolio of hotels. In addition to these day-to-day
responsibilities, Mike is our “man-of-action”; going where we need him

to go and taking care of what we need done.

Here’s what Mike has to say about himself:
Mike (left) and Oliver

I grew up on our family farm near Bottineau, ND – only five miles away from the Canadian border!
My family mainly grew small grains and had beef cattle. I currently reside in Bismarck, ND, with my

three-year-old French Bulldog, Oliver. Ollie and I like to sneak away up to Bottineau to visit my
family and enjoy the lake life at the family cabin.

Right after high school, I started working as a night auditor at a small lakeside property near my
hometown. I instantly fell in love with hospitality and was so eager to learn and grow. Twenty-one
years later, I can still proudly say that I work in hospitality! I began my career with KWB a little over

a year ago supporting hotel operations and facilities.

As many of you may know, I will be relocating to Kansas City this spring! I grew up being a Green
Bay Packers fan, but considering my new location, the Chiefs will now be my (second) favorite team.
