2 LEVELS OF SAFETY OFFICER IN THE POSITION. 1. There must be a uniform number of Safety Committees representing supervisory employers and Safety Committees representing employees in equal proportions with 12 duties.

REGISTRATION OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY OFFICERS AND SAFETY AGENCY EXECUTIVES • The employer must bring a list of Safety officers at all levels and safety department executives must register with the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare with documents within 30 days from the appointment date. • In case of safety officers at all levels or safety agency executives retiring from their positions or duties. The employer must notify the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare within 30 days from the date of termination of office or duties.
NOTIFICATION AND SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS 1. The order appointing the Safety Committee or the Safety Committee shall be sent a copy within 15 days from the date of appointment. 2. Report on the performance of safety officers at technical level Advanced technical and professional level 2 times 3.
