Eshan Inamdar is a 12-year-old Indian American actor who has a show,
Little America on Apple TV +. Eshan started modeling at the age of 2
in Milwaukee, WI where he was born. An agent had picked him up and
since then he has appeared in many department store ads. Eshan’s dad
saw a special natural talent in him when he was 5 and since then he
has continued acting.

appropriate professional help. She has focused on suicide prevention for
the last 25 years both in the US and in India.



AUGUST – JOSH MYSORE


Josh Mysore, a rising senior at the St. Mark’s School of Texas, has been
awarded a National Security Language Initiative for Youth (NSLI-Y) Virtual
Summer Intensive full scholarship to study the Hindi language for five
weeks. A Plano, Texas, resident, Mysore initially applied to the NSLI-Y
program—a U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and
Cultural Affairs (ECA) program that promotes critical language learning
among American youth in Zaragoza, Spain. Mysore would go on to pass
the semifinalist stage and would ultimately be chosen as a finalist to study
Hindi with NSLI-Y, a multi-agency U.S. Government initiative launched
in 2006 to improve Americans’ ability to communicate in select critical
languages, advance international dialogue and provide Americans with
jobs skills for the global economy.

People cannot forget her beautiful smile and her unfortunate murder on
August 1st, 2020. She went for her almost everyday ritual of running
the popular Chisholm trail at 6:30 am before her sons woke up, never
to return. She was attacked and killed. The body of Sarmistha Sen was
found near a creek at Legacy Drive and Marchman Way in Plano.
Sarmishtha truly was a great soul that departed too soon and will be
missed immensely. She has attracted a lot of love. People who did not
even know her came out in her support.

Ram Mehta the Co-owner of In-Fretta and Founder of Everyone Eatz has
made his space very rapidly in the community with his giving and helping
attitude and a very positive drive. In- Fretta, was formed in November of
2018 and is a New York-style pizza and wings restaurant. Ram is a Sikh
and the restaurant is co-owned by him and three other partners who are
Hindu, Muslim, and Christian.
