at FunAsia. We have been working on a lot of projects and each is seeing sunshine. Things were
different last year due to Covid-19. But, we continued our efforts towards bringing more quality to
entertainment. We also realized the importance of entertainment even more at these difficult times.
We had earlier announced in August 2020 that we had bought three radio stations in Dubai. Beat
97.8, Luv 107.1 FM & Big 106.2. We are very happy that we had a wonderful launch party for the
same in March in Dubai. All the three stations with their new and exciting content and presentation are
being well accepted in Dubai. We have an outstanding team that brings in world class entertainment.
All the three radio stations will be available worldwide on our FunAsia Network (FAN) App as well.
For our Dallas listeners we have launched Big FM International on 104.9 FM HD2 on Saturday
March 27th, 2021. This is a parallel entertainment to our regular 104.9 FM FunAsia radio entertainment.
It is about giving our listeners a free will to listen to different content. We really believe in competing
with ourselves and understand the fact that people have different choices. On Radio, Dallas did not
have choices to switch to a program that one might enjoy more than the other. With introduction of
this new station, you will have more content to enjoy.
FunAsia recently also announced the launch of its first OTT platform BIG FAN TV – the first free
South Asian service offering the largest library of content in multiple Genre and Indian languages which
is going to revolutionize the cinematic experience of audiences. BIG FAN TV app will be available from
mid-April 2021, on IOs., Android, Appletv, Google play store and Roku, and can be easily accessed
using any smartphone, tablet, laptop or select smart TVs for free.
We had strategic plans when we had bought FunAsia back in August of 2017. We had the vision to
be the largest media and entertainment company across the globe. We took steady steps and made
progress in fine tuning the quality of media in North America. We invested hugely in the state-of-the
