MESSAGE FROM PRESIDENT AIKVTA(AR)

AIKVTA, now in its 40th year of existence, is an association spanning the length
and breadth of teachers working hard across the country in KVS. AIKVTA is
dedicated for the welfare of the Teachers community. Besides academic
development, other aspects such as advisory services and grievance redresses,
casual relief and support to its members, financial aid, legal advice, administrative
matters and moral support are being focused. It is a matter of immense pleasure
that the team of AIKVTA (AR) are attaining excellence all around and gaining the
trust of our learned teachers. The ambience of the AIKVTA is just right to
safeguard the rights of teachers and to improve their working conditions. We lay
stress to stand beside the teachers when and where it is required, so they can
perform their duty with a healthy mind and soul and the students will be
benefited. On behalf of AIKVTA AR, I welcome all the teachers to come and join
this journey so we can stand together, fight together and cheer the beautiful
journey in KVS.

MESSAGE FROM GENERAL SECRETARY
AIKVTA(AR)

I am enthralled to share my views as AIKVTA (AR) is going to publish a souvenir
for the year 2021-22.
This Souvenir depicts the achievements of ALL INDIA KENDRIYA
VIDYALAYA SANGATHAN in the past few years and future planning of the
association for the welfare of the teachers of the region.
Friends, I firmly believe that association stands and runs due to support of its
members. In other words, members of the association are its backbone. I strongly
believe that through dedication and perseverance, one can overcome adversity to
achieve success. It is truly said that united we stand, divided we fall. The same is
true and applicable to any association. I appeal you all to work devotedly for our
association. In my opinion, as a member of the association one should think what
one can do for the association and not what association can do for him.

I also take this opportunity to express my gratitude to our Ex-officials who helped
us in coordinating the associational activities. I am also thankful to
Sh.M.S.Chauhan, Ex-president, AIKVTA (AR) & Advisor, AIKVTA(AR)for his
invaluable guidance and support.
This souvenir will also enable all to recognize the efforts made by
Sh.M.B.Agrawal.GS, AKVTA (HQ) at national level for the welfare of the
teachers’ fraternity. I also take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to
Sh. Kiran Wankhede, President, AIKVTA(AR), the members of “Standing
Committee’ and all the members of REC, AIKVTA (AR) for their support in
functioning of the association.

fund collected)

association

suggestions/improvement of associational activities

5. Create New Facebook page for sharing
ideas/circulars/achievements

6. Case for MACP (At National Level)
7. Trying for Old Pension Scheme in place of NPS (At

National Level)
8. Formation of Standing Committee for important

decision making for teachers’ welfare
9. Representing common issues to GS,AIKVTA(HQ) for

raising it at National level
10. Visits to KVs for resolving minor issues
