for organizations that want to focus on their core business activities.

The PMGC Facilities On Demand is a convenient and cost-effective way to manage facilities.
It is a unique service offering designed for organizations that need professional facility
management, but decide the management of the internal department is not best practice and/or
wish to outsource that function. With PMGC Facilities On Demand, you will reduce your operating
cost, while maintaining your facilities in optimum condition.

HERE IS HOW IT WORKS

Peakman Management will assign a professional PMGC Trained Facility Manager to your account.
When you have a facility service need, you simply contact your personal PMGC facility manager or
you simply send a Service Request through the PMGC website.
Your PMGC Facility Manager will select and dispatch our PMGC Trained in-house facility service
technician and/or a pre-qualified local contractor to perform the requested work. Your personal
PMGC Facilities Manager will manage the quality, schedule, and budget to ensure that the work is
performed in a responsive and cost-effective manner.

BUT THAT’S NOT ALL...

Your PMGC Facilities Manager will be there to help you plan and competitively bid all your facility
related projects, delivering not only convenience, but assurance you are well protected moving
forward. Finally at the end of the task, a PMGC Facilities team member will follow up with your facility
to ensure satisfactory completion to the work. Then you receive only one simple monthly invoice
that covers all your facility and/or project.
Backed by 30 years direct experience, your PMGC Facilities Manager will receive, review, and
release payments to vendors and contractors on your behalf. Your PMGC Facilities Manager will
submit summary invoices to you. This ensures you will have full visibility and control over your
facilities management expenditures.

vast selection of manufacturers we represent, we also have access to 6 distinct and exclusive private label brands of
material handling, safety, and industrial tool categories which provide top quality with exceptional value.

At PMGC we understand the challenge that businesses face in sourcing products from literally hundreds of manufac-
turers. This becomes especially difficult given the buy-in commitments and ordering minimums that are often
required. With PMG you can place one order, with one PO, without minimum pack requirements.

Our minimum accepted order value is $75.00 before taxes for all orders placed online, emailed, faxed or called in to
our Customer Service Team. You will be dealing with one of our well-trained customer service reps or one of our
national outside sales reps. Whether you would like to discuss a category of products, review one of our authorized
dealer programs, or work with us to secure contract pricing on a specific line, our team is at your service.

All products are shipped FOB from the PMGC stocking warehouse, FOB the manufacturer, or FOB from one of our
affiliated safelight distribution centers. Orders for Eastern Canada are shipped from a new state-of-the-art 350,000
square foot distribution center in Montreal, QC. Western Canada orders ship from Calgary, AB or from Vancouver
(Delta) BC. We will always inform you of the shipping point and any applicable freight charges when you contact us.
