World Diabetes Day – Thursday, November 14, 2019

SUPPORTING WORLD DIABETES DAY, HELP SAVE LIVES BY ENDORSING OUR INITIATIVE

Help Us to Fight Obesity, Heart, Diabetes & Non Communicable Diseases

Celebrated with us on November 14 at the Gulf City Mall - World Diabetes Day was created in 1991 by the International
Diabetes Foundation. Diabetes is a chronic disease where the pancreas doesn’t produce enough insulin. It can also lead
to other chronic conditions like kidney failure and heart attacks, hence the push to draw attention to an illness with
increasing numbers worldwide. Curious as to why we celebrate this important day on November 14 specifically? This date
was picked because it’s the birthday of Frederick Banting, who discovered insulin in 1922. So read on, and help us raise
awareness of this important condition, our Healing Saunas will be available at Gulf City Mall, bring the family & support us.

How to Observe World Diabetes Day

1. Wear the blue circle
The blue circle logo is a global symbol for diabetes awareness. On World Diabetes Day, wear a t-shirt, necklace or
bracelet with the logo or create one yourself to make others aware of this dangerous disease and its effects.

2. FREE Infrared Healing Saunas & The MRA Bio-Screenings & Assessments
Everyone will have the opportunity to experience the following: Recovery Healing Saunas at no charge, See how Infrared
Healing Saunas can control and control diseases – Your body will experience detoxification of arteries, organs, blood and
brain, while removing chronic joint pains and spinal injury. MRA Full Body Diagnostic Screening & Assessments

3. Get tested
Symptoms of diabetes can include but aren’t limited to excessive excretion of urine, thirst, constant hunger, weight loss,
vision changes and fatigue. In addition, being overweight or obese greatly increases the chances of having type II
diabetes. It’s estimated 1 in 2 adults with diabetes is undiagnosed. Use World Diabetes Day as reminder to get tested for
free at Gulf City Mall on the 14 of November 2019.

What is Diabetes?

Understanding Diabetes Figure 1: Structure of human insulin showing
its hexameric assembly (PDB ID: 1trz).
Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a group of chronic
progressive metabolic diseases with increasing
worldwide prevalence. It is commonly
characterized by hyperglycemia - meaning high
levels of glucose in the blood. The
primary cause of diabetes is the absence of a
hormone called insulin (Figure 1) and/or the
inability of muscle and fat cells in the body to
respond to this hormone and use glucose. Learn
more about insulin.

What's in a Name?

The term “Diabetes Mellitus” is derived from two
words - (a) the Greek word “diabetes” meaning
“siphon”, referring to the increased urination
seen in this disease; and (b) the Latin word
“mellitus” meaning “honey or sweet”, referring to
the sweet taste of the urine caused by spilling
out of excess sugar in the urine. Interestingly,
there are two distinct disorders that share the
first name “diabetes” - diabetes mellitus and
diabetes insipidus. Both conditions are
associated with excessive urine output and
constant thirst. However, the hallmark of
diabetes insipidus is the inability of the kidneys
to conserve water, resulting in excretion of large
quantities of dilute urine. It is important to note
that individuals diagnosed with diabetes
insipidus do not exhibit abnormal blood glucose
levels.

Origin and Discovery of Diabetes

Diabetes is an old disease - ancient Egyptians documented clinical symptoms similar to those of diabetes mellitus in about 1500
BCE. Several ancient civilizations had recorded the fact that the urine of individuals with this condition had excess sugars
(Ahmed, 2002). The condition was first called “diabetes” by the ancient Greek physician Aretaeus. “Mellitus” was later added to
the name in 1675 by British physician and neuroanatomist Thomas Willis after rediscovering the sweet taste of urine and blood
in patients. In 1889, German scientists Mering and Minkowski discovered the pancreatic origin of diabetes mellitus by showing
that pancreactomy (removal of pancreas) in a dog could lead to diabetes-like symptoms. In 1910, Sir Edward Albert Sharpey-
Schafer, founder of the field of endocrinology, discovered and named a hormone “insulin”, proposing that it was produced by the
β-cells of the islets of Langerhans in the pancreas. In 1921 Frederick Banting and his medical student Charles Best showed that
a protein extract from bovine pancreas containing insulin was able to lower blood glucose levels and effectively treat a
pancreactomized dog. Soon thereafter they were able to apply this knowledge and treat terminally ill diabetic patients by
injecting them with insulin. (See Timeline to learn more)

Causes of Diabetes

Glucose is a key energy source for all cells in our body. It is derived directly from the food we eat
(digestion and absorption), and is also supplied by the liver - either by breakdown of glycogen stores
(glycogenolysis) or synthesis of glucose using other building blocks
(gluconeogenesis). Insulin causes skeletal muscle and lipid cells in our body to take up glucose from
the blood.
Another hormone, glucagon, counters the insulin function and facilitates glucose production during
periods of starvation.
Absence, inadequate supply, and improper function of insulin are some of the primary causes of
diabetes. Causes of diabetes are also used to classify the types of diabetes. For example:

 Absence of insulin: Pancreatic cells producing insulin are selectively destroyed by an
autoimmune response, leading to Type 1 diabetes

 Insulin Resistance: The individual may either have inadequate quantities of insulin in the body
or problems with insulin function, both leading to Type 2 diabetes
1. Inadequate insulin supply: Weight gain and obesity can lead to imbalance in the amount
of insulin in relation to sensitivity of the cells to insulin
2. Improper insulin function: Insulin binds to its receptor and initiates a cascade of signals
in the cell, ultimately leading to the uptake of glucose. Missing or defective proteins in
the signaling cascade (due to genetic defects or mutations) and/or changes in
metabolites or signaling molecules (such as high levels of free fatty acids) may disturb
the metabolic balance, leading to diabetes.

Although regulating glucose and insulin levels is central to managing diabetes, the roles of lipids and
various stress-induced molecules in causing diabetes are being actively studied. Some of the key
causes of diabetes are summarized in Figure 1.
Note the impacts of physical inactivity, and weight gain.

Figure 1. A flowchart showing the pathogenesis of
diabetes mellitus. Some common risk factors are
colored in purple, while the indicators for diabetes
such as fasting plasma glucose (FPG), oral glucose
tolerance test (OGTT) and hemoglobin A1C (Hb A1c)
are listed in magenta.

Introduction: Stating the Problem & Implementing Infrared Saunas

The Problem: Diabetes is a disease syndrome that is so common that all of us either have the disease or we
know someone that does have it. It is a primary, if not the primary, economic support for a medical community
whose policy level management has absolutely no interest or no knowledge about curing diabetes. This
disease syndrome currently constitutes one of our most effective restraints on population growth in the
Caribbean region. At the beginning of the twentieth century, this disease syndrome was so rare that it was
considered a medical curiosity. By mid-2005, I had known for several months that there was a cure for Type II
diabetes after a diabetes conference among doctors who treat and cure diabetes, I knew a little bit about the
cure, but I did not know all of the details until we attended a conference for energy medicine.

In mid-2005 I received an email from a medical doctor with enough details that I could put the cure online. Prior
to sending the email to me he had his facts checked with a PhD who was familiar with the cure. We want to
provide educational healthy cooking and infrared sauna workshops, with affordable health insurance
for our Clients, with the opportunity for them of recover or reduce all illnesses and diseases by 95%.
This can be possible through insurance companies, businesses and Worship Centers; offering their
members and employees the opportunity to put their bodies back into balance the way God indented,
through a sauna gym facility or your company’s wellness department. This can be a mandatory
company policy with the insurance carrier, before a member takes an insurance policy, make it
mandatory to take the MRA Assessments and Infrared Saunas Protocols.

These are significant issues rightfully deserving of national interest. A national priority that has not yet
received adequate attention is the need to improve the total cardiovascular health of Trinbagonians
and the English speaking Caribbean. Successful companies must be the acting agent in assisting us
in developing this wellness initiative through sponsorship or by Adopting Infrared Healing Boutiques
for your organizations after our amazing demonstrations to your organizations.

In our surveys and health assessments across Trinidad & Tobago, health care is one of the top
three domestic issues which we have found that concern the people of Trinidad & Tobago, people
need to be educated in healthy lifestyles, we are eating dead acidic food three times a day for
decades, there were no diets in the garden of Eden, healthy living is not about restrictions nor diet
change, it is about spiritual change and common sense to do so, we must first find peace, love and
God within.

Obesity is known to be a primarily public health issue. It is a health care issue that has clear
implications for the workplace and community at large. It has already been established that as a
consequence of obesity, many workers incur many sick days and high medical costs. Many persons
suffer with health issues and challenges that can be controlled with the use of Infrared Saunas.
Therefore, the workplace is directly impacted upon as high incidence of absenteeism, and the truth
is, many people are really never sick; they just don’t care for themselves or your business, so how
can your workforce or productivity meet their objectives? Our people’s confidence in our health
system has been shaken, they go to the outreach health centers because it is free and they have
nowhere to turn, the need for new health systems are imperative, a change in new policies must be
written, with health perks or recreational activities that employees can adapt to, this is why we are
going to present to you, a system that will never ever fail you, UNLESS YOU HAVE TURNED
YOUR BACK ON GOD.

As the problem of obesity and non-communicable diseases escalates, it requires a heightened
public education and spiritual awareness, so as to draw attention to its devastating consequences,

10

spiritually, mentally and physically. We need everyone’s help. In the United Kingdom and the United
States of America, the impact of obesity on workplaces is startling. In 2011 a total of 18 million sick
days lost though obesity at an estimated cost of £3.7 billion. In the USA it is currently costing the
Federal Government $147 billion annually to fight the problem of obesity. In Europe, sick days or
hospital visits has been reduced by 35 to 40 percent due to implementing Infrared Cardiac Saunas,
a new born baby lives in an infrared cardiac sauna until the mother is ready to go home.

Research released by Duke University in 2010, detailed the annual cost to employers for
obesity among full time employees at $ 73.1 million. These are alarming figures, which justify the
claim that both the USA and the UK are experiencing an obesity epidemic, likewise the Caribbean.

Based on observation, it would seem that Barbados and Trinidad & Tobago is quickly moving in this
direction. The picture painted by Fitzroy J. Henry in an editorial captioned, ‘New Strategies
Needed to Fight Obesity in the Caribbean,’ indicated that half of the Caribbean adult population is
overweight, The implications here are the working population is severely affected. This, therefore
has serious implications for the productivity of the labor force. What can be done?

Statistics presented by Dr. Hennis, Head of the Chronic Disease Research Centre in Barbados,
clearly highlighted the magnitude of the problem of obesity on the island. He cited that of 190,000
Barbadians age 20 years and older, 90,000 were overweight. Findings from research completed by
the Barbados Food Consumption and Anthropometric Surveys (BFCAS 2000), revealed that the
prevalence of overweight (pre-obesity) and obesity among adult Barbadians to be 55.8% in men and
63.8% in women.

A frightening situation has developed where the children of Trinidad & Tobago are becoming more
obese than the children in the United States.

Additional studies by the Caribbean Food and Nutrition Institute and the Trinidad and Tobago
Olympic Committee showed high rates of obesity throughout the island. What can be done?

Authored by leading experts in the nutritional sciences, there are articles that cite compelling
evidence that obesity in poor populations has strikingly different causes and consequences than
obesity seen in affluent societies. Information in this document share a public health perspective
aimed at identifying causative factors that can help shape effective policies.

Implementing infrared Healing Saunas in the communities and different organizations is only the
beginning of changing peoples’ lives; Be that hero of the day and adopt a wellness department in
your organization, endorse our initiative and advertise in this publication, help us to save lives.

Cardiac Regenerative Therapy services that focus on reversing hypertension, high blood pressure,
renal & heart disease. The Infrared Cardiac Regenerative Therapy is an alternative for angioplasty.

With the promotion of our campaign, Help Us to Fight Obesity and Heart Disease while educating
people how to make proactive choices in taking care of their health concerns. We need your help to
enrich family lives into Better Health. We intend to work with the churches, corporate sector, sporting
facilities and gyms toward outcomes that will positively change our communities for healthier people
in every community. We intend to develop Infrared Healing Saunas in every community & office.

We offer to senior citizens public health advocacy, health education and pain therapy free to any
senior citizen that does not have a pension from the government. Our outreach is to both our urban
and rural neighbors and we are privileged to be doing this especially for the senior citizens of Trinidad
& Tobago.

Endorse (THE CHIP) Cardiac Health Improvement Initiative

The Cardiac Health Improvement Program, more popularly referred to as CHIP, began in 2010 at the
Center for Disease Prevention (CDP) in Trinidad & Tobago. The Center was a pioneer in developing
effective spiritual methods of health and spiritual education, health assessments, including those for
community-wide application. The Center's founder Dr. David Homer, ND noted that these methods
could be applied to help employers and the communities in Trinidad & Tobago improve their health.
Richard Homer worked with and trained CDP staff for two years; he is now the founder of The Detox
Authority. We have made many visits to different communities in Trinidad & Tobago since 2013, and
since then, CHIP Outreach was created for the people and the communities at large.

The Detox Authority is now introducing C.H.I.P (Cardiac Health Improvement Initiative) primarily as a
community outreach wellness initiative to families in rural and urban areas, but also to retirees and
senior citizens at very generous prices and also for free, conditions do apply.

We have taken CHIP into these areas; Arima, Tunapuna, St. Augustine, Trincity Royal Bank of
Canada, Couva, New Grant, Princes Town, Tableland, Brothers Rd and to Massage Therapy
Institution, Scott’s Rd and Rock Road, Penal.

The Cardiac Health Improvement Program (CHIP) models the science of healthy living by using
Symmetry & Xyngular Cardio and other cardio essentials and nutrition to promote recovery and
wellness. Our primary work involves Cardiac Regenerative Therapy through infrared sauna therapy
and Nitric Oxide Therapy, Adopt a Symmetry Healing Boutique.

The CHIP aims to create a culture of wellness in the corporate sector and increase employee
productivity by empowering individuals to be self-managers of their health while also encouraging
them to support the wellness efforts of others through using our Infrared sauna therapy. CHIP
provides healthy educational seminars and fitness dance classes for the corporate world, and
advocates policies that support environments conducive to healthy lifestyle behaviors.

PROMOTING CARDIO HEALTH IN THE COMMUNITY

FROM EVIDENCE BASED TO IMPLEMENTATION, ACTION & RESULTS

The case for disease management: it’s in everyone’s best interest to have healthy, engaged
worship members, school admin, children and employees taking part in our Help Fight Obesity,
Diabetes & Heart Disease Campaign. People who are pro-active and who avoid illness see lower
healthcare costs and diseases or illnesses, while employers and schools can see lower absenteeism
rates.

It makes sense: When workers and children are sick, they miss out on work and schools.
Absenteeism rates increase over six times for workers with an illness, while presentism rates might
rise over two times for workers without chronic illnesses. Having more than one illness increases
absenteeism even more. And employers are stuck footing the bill. When employees are sick or miss
work, productivity drops costing employers money they have not allocated for which can add up to
thousands and even millions, or as much as $1,685 per employee per year.

Employers are also faced with premiums that are at an all-time high and rising health insurance
claims. Some of the most expensive health conditions include chronic pains, high blood pressure,
heart attack, diabetes and chest pain, which are all related to heart disease and stroke. Add obesity
to the chronic conditions mix and workers will miss about 450 million more days of work than healthy
employees.

It’s up to employers to bend the trend.

But over the last decade, most companies in the Caribbean have not jumped on this wellness trend,
employers have largely focused on health & wellness programs to help their employees get and stay
healthy, rather than focusing on chronic conditions. Unfortunately, early results of wellness programs
have been mixed at best. There are success stories, but more often than not, employers are finding
that their health & wellness programs don’t move the needle on rising healthcare costs.

Rather than focus attention—and dollars—on getting people well but with minimal impact, employers
are beginning to zero in on helping employees identify and manage chronic conditions through
disease management. The attention is warranted. About 86% of healthcare dollars are spent on
chronic illnesses and mental health conditions; over 60% of the people in English speaking Caribbean
Islands have at least one chronic health condition. And all government financial support has been
shaken and is failing the people. Does the health care system really work?

“There’s a lot of evidence that shows chronic disease management programs work
through Infrared cardiac therapy. They can improve outcomes in people with diabetes,
heart failure, COPD, high blood pressure, anxiety and even depression and trauma.”

18

The way an employer runs a disease management program varies
depending on their funding mechanism

Self-funded employers are at an advantage because they can review claims data to see how to track
chronic conditions and measure return on investment. This is very successful through our MRA
Screenings & Assessments. We make suggestions; employees then go into the saunas, 2 -3 times a
week while feeling the benefits of the infrared sauna.
On the other hand, fully insured employers have less access to claims data and can more than likely
would turn to their insurance carrier’s for our disease management program, which can be already
embedded into the coverage.

Here’s how it works: carrier disease management programs typically focus
on employees with asthma, COPD, breast cancer, diabetes, heart disease,
hypertension, high blood pressure, arthritis, depression, end-stage renal
disease or women with high-risk pregnancies. All these illnesses deserve
the national interest of our country and should be put in place before profits
in general.

The Detox Authority can provide Bio Screenings and Assessments that are
97 percent accurate and can save your company millions of dollars
annually. The health insurance carrier can work closely with us, and
recommend that screenings and assessments are mandatory before taking
out an insurance policy. The carrier may provide access to counseling,
nurse on-call resources and other high-touch personalized services which
we currently offer.

The goal is to help the employee:

1. Understand the chronic condition and health risks, and provide immediate results
2. Understand the doctor’s instructions, test results and protocol of treatment for rejuvenation and

healing
3. Stay motivated in the treatment through education discussions and to inspire people to be pro

active
4. Maintain compliance with taking prescribed medication, minerals, antioxidants and diet changes

Currently most insurance companies can’t provide detailed information to the employer, such as
diagnoses or prognoses and status of their health. Employers must begin this implementation at the
executive level, a 100% percentage of employees participating in disease management programs
should be the goal in order for the company to sustain its productivity and return on investment.

If participation rates are low, employers can offer incentives; this is normally a boat cruise or a cash
award, a decrease in the required employee premium contribution, or reduced copays and
deductibles. Some employers also use on-site coaching, which requires a commitment from the
company to allow employees time away from work to participate. A few employers can even limit plan
design options based on participation in the infrared disease management program. Another way is to
give an employee one day a week off to learn how to become a corporate infrared wellness coach.

19

In addition to carrier programs, some larger employers with fully insured plans may outsource certain
disease management needs to further manage healthcare costs. For example, a company with a
large population of younger workers may want to provide a more intensive maternity-focused program
to prevent hospitalizations and other complications that would impact claims.
Although disease management programs do appear to improve quality of life, physical and mental
health outcomes, and lower hospitalizations, as well as delivering cost savings over the long term,
they have yet to be proven. Why? Many fully insured employers are not fully credible. Therefore, even
by reducing hospitalizations, which can save the plan money, employers are still relying on claims
data from the health insurance carrier’s entire book of business.
Employers struggling to contend with the rising cost of healthcare can turn to infrared disease
management programs to help employees get healthy—and create a better workplace. Get into the
business of changing lives; please endorse this wellness campaign, “Help us to Fight Obesity,
Diabetes and Heart Disease.

An Introduction to Far Infrared Cardiac Regenerative Therapy

Far Infrared rays, has the ability to penetrate, refract, radiate, reflect and regenerate. The human

body can absorb FIR because of its deep penetrating ability. When FIR penetrates through skin to the
subcutaneous tissues, it transforms from light energy into heat energy. The thermal effect within the
deep layers of the tissues causes blood vessels and capillaries to dilate, promoting a better blood
circulation, and the heat so produced helps to get rid of body & cardiovascular toxins and metabolic
wastes. I remember once putting a rotisserie cold chicken into the sauna for one hour, well, it never
heated, because there were no living organisms, tissues and cells, amazing, don’t you think?

We at Symmetry Wellness Clinic and The Detox Authority are about to enlighten you on the many
results people have been having from the S.I.C. Healing Saunas while cleansing, rebuilding
nutritional values and maintaining your daily lifestyle, through sweating and using the world’s greatest
nutraceutical arteries detoxifier, endothelium repair and nitric oxide support.

We assure you, that everyone who has been on our Cardiac and Full Body Detox Protocols has
reversed hypertension and high blood pressure without having angioplasty, (stents or bypass
surgery). Even at the age of 90 years, before 180 days, you can resolve your hypertension and high
blood pressure challenges and if you can afford the program for one year, your arteries can be
reversed to the age of a 15 year person within one year. Do not take my word for granted, just
research it.

We Specialize in Infrared Cardiac Regenerative Therapy

Non-Surgical Alternative to Bypass Surgery and Angioplasty is being performed in Austria,
Germany, Switzerland, China, and Japan and now, in Trinidad & Tobago.
“A man is as old as his arteries,” stated around the year 1680 by Dr. Thomas Sydenham, known as
‘the English Hippocrates.’ (There are 100,000 miles of arteries within the body and they are not just
rigid tubes). Many arteries are too small that surgery most times, cannot be performed.

What is heart attack?

A heart attack ( in medical terms ‘ Angina and Myocardial Infarction’) usually occurs when a blood clot
blocks the flow of blood through a coronary artery — a blood vessel that feeds blood to a part of the heart

muscle, leading to the death of that part of the heart. The underlying pathology is atherosclerosis of one

or more coronary arteries.

What is atherosclerosis?

Atherosclerosis is a disease where the arteries become narrowed and hardened due to an excessive

buildup of plaque (sticky plug of degenerating cells) inside the artery wall. The disease disrupts the flow of

blood around the body, posing serious cardiovascular complications. When this occurs inside the arteries
(coronary arteries) which supply blood to heart it causes ‘heart attack’, inside brain it causes ‘Stroke’,
inside arteries supplying blood to penis it causes ‘impotence’ etc.

Please note- Atherosclerosis is
a generalized condition which means a
person who had a heart attack may also
have narrowing of arteries in other parts of
body (brain, kidneys, legs, etc). That is why it
is extremely important to fight
and reverse the disease process (of
atherosclerosis) in an integrative and holistic
way at every body organ level and
throughout the whole vascular system. Do
you know? – Erectile dysfunction(ED) in
men is the earliest warning sign of

impending heart disease?

As the penile arteries are relatively small in diameter in comparison with the coronary arteries, they are
more prone to cause ED with even comparatively lesser degree of atherosclerosis. Therefore, generalized
atherosclerosis is expected to affect the penile artery long before the coronary arteries. (In other words-
even a mild erectile dysfunction is an early and reliable sign that the man may suffer a heart attack within
next few years).

22

23

Atherosclerosis affects different organs in human body

What are the REAL cause(s) of atherosclerosis and heart attack?

1. Chronic deficiency of certain vitamins, minerals and antioxidants

2. Chronic overconsumption of carbohydrates of all types (simple and complex)

3. Chronic high stress lifestyle leading to dis-balanced autonomic nervous and digestive system

4. Chronic inflammation inside body due to any cause

5. Chronic metabolic acidosis is the main cause of all symptoms, allergies and dis-ease.

One of the most famous physicians in the 19th century was Rudolf Virchow (Germany). Nearly 150 years
ago, he stated that atherosclerosis is an inflammatory disease based on his observations of autopsies of
the very rare number of people who had actually died of a heart attack.
The image below depicts daggers (risk factors) aimed at a healthy heart. Any one of these daggers would
kill if thrust deep into the heart. In the real world, however, aging humans suffer small pricks from the point
of these daggers over a lifetime. The cumulative effect of these dagger pricks (risk factors) is arterial
occlusion and, far too often, angina or acute heart attack.

24

SIC CR Therapy Effectively Reverses All of the Above Risk Factors

Cholesterol does NOT cause heart disease

A nationwide study conducted in 2009 by the University of California School of Medicine (USA) found
that “75 % of patients hospitalized for a heart attack have normal cholesterol levels” (American
Heart Journal, January 2009).

The Lancet (prestigious British Medical Journal) in 1994 reported that most individuals with coronary
artery disease have normal cholesterol levels!

The famous Framingham study shows that ‘Our rush to lower total cholesterol levels may have been
in error’. To cite the Framingham authors: “For each 1 mg/dl decrease of cholesterol level in blood,
there was an 11 percent increase in coronary and total mortality. “(In other words, low cholesterol
levels actually increased the death rate).

Bears, for example, have average cholesterol levels of 400 milligrams per deciliter of blood, but they don’t
suffer heart attacks. Why? According to Dr. Mathias Rath (renowned physician and international
researcher at the University Clinic of Hamburg, Germany and the German Heart Center in Berlin) it is
because bears produce large amounts of vitamin C in their body, which optimizes collagen production and
ensures maximum stability of their artery walls. Most non-human animals can make their own vitamin C,
but humans cannot. We must rely instead on eating foods that contain vitamin C in order to survive. This
state of affairs — in effect a nutritional defect of our species — was caused by a genetic mutation
estimated to have occurred around 40 million years ago, food for thought, are you open minded? Check
this out.

For the past 60 years, conventional medical authorities have ‘brainwashed’ everyone into believing that
saturated animal fats like full fat milk, eggs, meat, butter, etc (which contain high cholesterol) cause heart
disease and should be severely restricted in a heart-healthy diet. But, is there any scientific proof? – No.

In fact, the “Diet-heart hypothesis”, which is the scientific name for the idea that eating cholesterol causes
heart disease, has already been rejected by the researchers who were responsible for its genesis. Ancel

25

Keys (an American Scientist), who in many ways can be considered the “father” of the cholesterol-heart
disease hypothesis, had this to say in 1997:

“There’s no connection whatsoever between the cholesterol in food and cholesterol in the blood. And
we’ve known that all along. Cholesterol in the diet doesn’t matter at all unless you happen to be a chicken
or a rabbit.”

This is a reference to early animal studies performed in 1913 on chickens and rabbits where scientists
force-fed these animals’ high-levels of fats (cholesterol) to create experimental heart attacks. Since
rabbits and chickens are mostly vegetarian, their physiology is not adapted for processing such large
amounts of dietary cholesterol, so it’s no surprise they developed atherosclerosis and heart disease. The
mistake was assuming that the results of this experiment could be extrapolated to humans, who are
omnivores with significant differences in physiology.

The second tenet of the cholesterol-heart disease hypothesis, the notion that high cholesterol levels in the
blood cause heart disease, is referred to as the “Lipid hypothesis” in the scientific community. Though it is
still accepted as gospel truth by the general public and many medical professionals, most researchers
now believe the causes of heart disease are multi-factorial.

In the 19th century, the greatest physician in America, Sir William Osler, when asked why he did
not include a chapter of heart disease in his classic Textbook of Medicine (published in 1892), he
replied that this disease (Heart disease) is so rare that most physicians would never see it. It is
interesting to note that the typical American diet in those days was approximately 42% fat, made
up of butter, lard, eggs, meat, cheese, olive oil, coconut, etc. Today, the typical human diet
contains 70-80 % of calories coming from carbohydrates (wheat, rice, potatoes, sugar, processed
foods, etc) and globally 17.3 million people die every year from a heart attack despite having
access to the so called ‘Hi-tech medicine’ of 21st century.

Unfortunately, today’s news media function as a mouthpiece for the conventional medical establishment.
It is in the economic interests of mainstream cardiology, cardiovascular surgery and pharmaceutical
industry to deceive the public into believing that cholesterol causes heart disease & the only way of
‘managing’ heart disease is with bypass surgery, stents, and expensive toxic drugs to lower cholesterol
level. The cholesterol drugs not only lack scientific basis but when used for few years, have been proven
to cause cancer and other serious diseases in several animal studies. Yet, every heart patient is
prescribed it nowadays!

A plethora of published data, however, reveals that humans can successfully circumvent the lethal
atherosclerotic process and in most cases reverse it without angioplasty/surgery and toxic drugs. Surgical
procedures although provide temporary symptomatic relief in some patients, do not correct the underlying
root cause(s) of coronary occlusion(atherosclerosis) and heart muscle impairment, do not stop the
disease progression, nor do they prevent future heart attacks.

Bypass patients must also face the possibility that one operation won’t solve the problem. Reports
indicate that 15 to 30 percent of vein grafts (bypassed segments of artery) become occluded within one
year of surgery, eventually needing a repeat Bypass surgery. As per the scientific article published in the
British Medical Journal (May, 2003), Angioplasty has an even worse re-closure rate. As many as 50
percent of coronary arteries forced open by balloon angioplasty close up again within one year. Most
people are unaware of these facts.

26

What is SIC CR Therapy?

Infrared Cardiac Regenerative Therapy (ICR Therapy) is an advanced Non-Surgical Alternative to Bypass
Surgery and Angioplasty. It involves an individualized synergistic powerful combination of Stem-Cell
Nutrition, Antioxidants, L Arginine, Citrulline, Infrared, Ozone and Oxygen Therapy, therapy that remove
blockages from arteries that cannot be operated on, because it always too small, therefore with the use of
nitric oxide in the body, arteries begin to REGENERATE and damaged/weak or vulnerable heart muscle
cells repaired. This kind of integrative, comprehensive approach reverses hypertension, high blood
pressure and atherosclerosis by removing the root cause(s) of disease.

Who are the ideal candidates for undergoing SIC CR Therapy?

1) Any patient who is suffering from coronary heart disease

2) Patients who have been advised to undergo- Angioplasty/Stents or Heart Bypass surgery

3) For Prevention- Patients with no heart disease but who are at risk (having high BP, Diabetes, obesity,
etc.) or having a family history of it.

Generally speaking those patients who suffer from bad blood circulation and arterial perfusion in
any part of the body are ideal candidates.

SIC CR Therapy benefits each and every blood vessel in the body, from the largest to the tiniest
capillaries and arteries, most of which are far too small for surgical treatment or are deep within the brain
and other vital organs where they cannot be safely reached by surgery. In many patients, the smallest
blood vessels are the most severely diseased. The benefits of SIC CR Therapy occur from the top of the
head to the bottom of the feet, not just in short segments of a few large arteries which can be bypassed or
opened by other invasive treatments. Another major advantage of SIC CR therapy is that, the fresh cell
therapy regenerates the weak and damaged heart muscle cells. The list of health problems that can be
treated and effects that can be observed and achieved is very long but nevertheless absolutely plausible:

SIC CR Therapy significantly improves the following conditions:

1. Blood supply to heart

2. Blood supply to hands and feet
3. Blood supply to the brain
4. Pulmonary function
5. Decreases cancer rates
6. Increases bone density
7. Mitigates potential amputations
8. Increases mental clarity

27

9. Improves memory

10. Reduces Alzheimer’s symptoms

11. Decreases insulin requirements in diabetics

12. Decreases blood pressure

13. Decreases cardiac arrhythmias

14. Decreases allergy symptoms

15. Decreases intermittent claudication (cramping)

16. Increases senses (taste, vision, and hearing)

17. Increases vision in macular degeneration

18. Reverses impotency in men / 19. Overcomes symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome

How SIC CR therapy is given?

SIC CR therapy involves a personalized combination of Far Infrared & Oxygen therapy, Immune Support,
and Nitric Oxide Therapy over a period of 4 to 16 weeks (weekly intensive treatment sessions) on a
client basis (1 to 3 hours) without a need to hospitalize patient. The treatment is totally non-surgical,
painless and without any side effects. Patients can also purchase Symmetry or Xyngular product take-
home cardiac supplement Kits (oral).

How many days I need to take the therapy?

Patient undergoes the first week with three visits a week of treatment and takes home personalized
cardiac regenerative supplements provided by us, we offer a 30% to 60% discount on all products,
CONDITIONS APPLY, become a member with us.

Is there any proof that SIC CR therapy really works?

Yes. Significant improvement or total disappearance of symptoms (chest pain, chronic body aches and pains,
leg swelling, shortness of breath, etc.) is observed by majority of patients.99 % of patients are able to avoid
angioplasty/stents/bypass surgery. In most patients it takes one therapy session to feel better, however,
minimum of two therapy sessions to notice amazing subjective improvement.

After undergoing SIC CR therapy an objective evidence of improvement in cardiac and general circulation can
be confirmed by performing a second MRA Cardiac Diagnostic TO COMPARE TO THE FIRST
ASSESSMENT, Myocardial perfusion study, Thallium Stress test, and other non-invasive tests. Nutritional
Microscopy Blood tests done after SIC CR therapy to show significant reduction or total elimination of 16
riskfactors for heart disease (as shown in the MRA Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular 16 Analysis Report
below.)

Shall I undergo SIC CR Therapy?

Only you can make that decision. SIC CR therapy is currently available only in the countries of Europe
(Germany, Austria, Switzerland and now Trinidad & Tobago), chances are your local doctor won’t know
about it & won’t help you decide. Patients who choose SIC CR therapy often do so against the advice of
their personal physicians or cardiologists. Many have already been advised to undergo angioplasty or
surgery and there is a long list of people waiting for angiogram.
Occasionally, a patient never hears about SIC CR therapy until he is hospitalized and a friend or relative
begs him to look into this non-invasive therapy before proceeding to angioplasty/surgery. In an
impressively large number of instances, a new patient comes for SIC CR therapy on the recommendation
of someone who has been successfully treated. Talk with a doctor or trained therapist who is a specialist
in Regenerative Medicine & offers regenerative therapies before you decide.

There are only 12 MDM Granted institutes that train doctors in cleaning and repairing blood vessels without
surgery, many cardiologist today still have not heard of this clinical therapy. Watch the Video below.

Instant Contouring Procedures for Your Butt, Thighs, Breast, Hips and Lips

We will be dedicated to offering the most advanced options for minimally non-invasive cosmetic enhancement. Women
who are concerned about a lack of volume or shape in their Butt’s were previously left with few options besides exercises
that gave limited results or surgery such as Brazilian butt lift or butt augmentation. Now, Sculptra® butt injections offer a
revolutionary and effective non-surgical option for buttock enhancement. Recommendations to go on an infrared sauna
cleansing and Detox, lymphatic drainage and massage are necessary for us to begin your treatment with you, this energy
sauna Detox allows your treatment to work faster once toxins and uric acids are removed. Prevention is better than cure.
A poly-L-lactic acid is used as a non-surgical butt lift method due to its ability to add plenty of volume with minimal filler
material. The injection works by triggering an inflammatory response in the body which creates scar tissue and then
stimulates an increase in collagen growth around the product. Patients can expect to be a bit sore but there really isn’t any
downtime or recovery. Patients will need mostly one visit. The more toxic you have, the more you need to Detox to
maintain shape and also to avoid lumps and bumps in some areas. Contour your body to your desires and feel amazing.

NON-SURGICAL BUTT, BREAST, HIPS & LIPS ENHANCEMENT

Injectables are now used for non-surgical butt lift; lips and wrinkle treatments which can help enhance the shape of
your butt, accentuate your hips and curves and achieve your desired look without the use of invasive surgical
procedures. Ladies and Gents, these treatments are same day results without any recovery time.

For three days only, in November 2019, we will be running a three day clinic, first 30 appointments 50% + off.

Ten years ago, breast augmentations were trendy and popular in American and European culture. Fast forward, and
now butt lifts and lip fillers are the new “in”. Pop culture and reality TV promote large, round buttocks as the standard
of female beauty in America and Europe.

There are many solutions to help you lift your butt. We will give you everything you need to know about the different
types of butt lift treatments and offer solutions that will help reverse aging, increase volume, and improve shape.

What are Butt Lifts?

Buttock lifts are cosmetic procedures that improve the appearance of the butt. Butt lifts increase the size of the butt
and improve its shape. Depending on the procedure, butt lifts can also add volume to the buttocks.
Research shows buttock augmentation treatments can be used separately or combined to achieve patients’
desired buttock shape within a day, almost instantly, but before you leave the office, you have your desired results
ladies and gents.

There are a variety of reasons why people get butt lifts. They can be used to reverse the effects of aging or to
improve physical appearance to adhere to today’s beauty standards. The Infrared Therapy helps tighten and tone.

Buttock augmentation is purely cosmetic. There are currently no medical reasons to perform buttock enhancement
procedures, but some people can’t shake what their Mama gave them, so we seek alternative measures.

Non-invasive and treatments do exist to give you buttock, lips and hips enhancement instantly, which is safe.

Give us a call to find out the differences in procedures and to see if cosmetic treatments are right for you.

Sculptra® With Thread Lifting and/or Platelet Rich Plasma

Thread lifting and PRP aren’t “just for the face” any longer!

We utilized PDO threads to provide some “immediate lift” to the buttock region, which is nice to have while you are
waiting for the Sculptra® volume to develop. PDO threads will also stimulate collagen to form in the dermis of the
skin, which will target creepy skin.

Another combination to consider would be adding Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). Derived from your own blood which
is drawn at the time of your procedure and run through special FDA approved kits, to yield an Injectables growth
stimulator! This provides yet another stimulus for tissue growth and can be injected in the same way and at the
same time that the Sculptra is injected.

After the Sculptra® Butt Lift

After your Sculptra® butt lift, you will be asked to massage the area regularly for 5 days. This further ensures even
distribution of the Sculptra® particles. Over time, the area will have a fuller, contoured look.

Future injection sessions can be used for further augmentation, if desired, or for maintenance of result.
40

Sculptra® Butt Lift Cost

Sculptra® Butt Lift pricing needs to be individualized based on the desired goals of the client and the amount of
volume loss. It is not unusual, for example, to require 5 vials of Sculptra® per side, x 2 treatment sessions, for a total
of 10 vials.
We do give a “volume discount” for these multi vial injections. PDO Threads can also be added at an additional
charge, depending on the number and type of threads used. PRP can be added at a special price as well, for this
combination procedure.
Am I a Good Candidate for the Sculptra® Butt Lift?
The ideal candidate for the Sculptra® Butt Lift:
 Is at a healthy, stable weight
 Desires more fullness and shape to the buttocks
 Is not interested in surgical options due to downtime, risk, and pain
 Has reasonable expectations (This is not surgical)
 Can commit to multiple sessions and be patient while results develop

New Strategies Needed to Fight Obesity in the Caribbean

The rapidity of obesity increase in the Caribbean is alarming. In two decades obesity has grown by
almost 400%. It is now the most important underlying cause of death in the region and the range of
consequent illnesses is wide among those who survive. This places enormous pressure on our
meager health budgets and left unchecked, obesity has rendered our public health systems
unsustainable. What can be done?

The silent escalating epidemic of obesity is the underlying cause of most deaths in the English-
Speaking Caribbean today. If action is not taken to curb our increasingly overweight populations, the
resultant burden of chronic diseases will overwhelm our health systems and ultimately retard our
overall health and development. Source: Dr. Fitzroy J. Henry – Director of the Caribbean Food and Nutrition Institute (CFNI)

Weight Loss: Infrared heat saunas burn 300-600 calories in just one 30 minute session!

Some weight loss authorities believe that our bodies use fat to dilute toxins. An infrared heat sauna is
an unsurpassed expeller of toxins, it is also a great way to get rid of any fat our bodies are using to
dilute toxins we are storing.

For Beautiful Skin:

Your infrared sauna is excellent for increasing blood circulation to the skin, which is essential for
beautiful, youthful, glowing skin! A new "inner Glow" as the skin is free of accumulated dirt and dry
skin cells, due to deep cleansing of impurities! Help acne, eczema, psoriasis, burns and any skin
lesions or cuts.

 Open wounds heal quicker with reduced scarring.
 Removes roughness, leaving skin baby smooth and soft again.
 Firms and improves skin tone and elasticity.

Scars on Skin: Scars fully formed, even keloids, may be gradually softened. Burns and other
wounds or incisions may heal with significantly reduced scarring.

Cellulite: Cellulite is a gel-like substance made up of fat, water and wastes which are trapped in
pockets below the skin. An infrared sauna can assist this condition, as profuse sweating helps clear
this form of unwanted debris from the body. European Beauty Specialists confirm: a sauna will
greatly speed any anti-cellulite program! Due to at least twice the depth of heat penetration into
cellulite combined with up to 10 times the level of heating in these tissues your infrared sauna can be
significantly more effective than any conventional sauna.

Remove Any Pain: Effective for arthritis, back pain, muscle spasm, spinal injury headache,
gout or internal pains, extremely effective on any kind of wounds.

43

Injuries: Radiant heat helps with sprains, strains, arthritis, muscle spasm and chronic pain. If you are

quickly. That’s likely to lead to improved and quicker healing of sprains and muscle pain for you!

Runners: The infrared cardio sauna is the perfect solution for keeping up your cardiovascular fitness
while avoiding a run on a difficult or busy day in the office – days you may want to just skip a workout
or when you need to rest to allow an injury to heal. Also, the infrared cardio sauna is great for
warming up before stretching or staring any vigorous activity, competitive athletes in Europe, Japan,
China and Germany use this IR cardio sauna daily. You simply get in your infrared cardio sauna with
your clothes on and allow the infrared rays to pour right through your clothing until you just begin to
break a sweat. Now you are pre-warmed for stretching, running in cold AC or morning conditions, etc.
For the maximal stretching benefit from this system you will need a 40-minute sauna before your
stretching. Research indicates that stretching after a 40-minute IR cardio sauna session should
produce a 15% permanent increase in your flexibility. Even one 20-minute session may create
temporary increase in your flexibility of up to 18%. As a warm-up, your infrared cardio sauna should
help to prevent injuries and enhance your ability to stay with your training program or enjoy any
outdoor activity. Your infrared cardio sauna is also great cold weather post-activity warm-up.

Relaxation & Enjoyment: Remove stress in the comfortable warm temperature with a fresh air vent
for easy clean breathing while being pampered by our staff.

Outstanding Caloric Consumption and Weight Control:

In Guyton’s Textbook of Medical Physiology, we find that producing one gram of sweat requires 0.586
kcal. The JAMA citation referred to above goes on to state that, "A moderately conditioned person
can easily sweat off 600 calories. In a sauna, consuming nearly 600 kcal is the equivalent of running
2-3 miles.

A heat-conditioned person can easily sweat off 600-750-kcal with no adverse effects. While the
weight of the water loss can be regained by hydration with water, the calories consumed will not be."
Since an infrared cardio sauna helps generate two to three times the sweat produced in a hot-air
sauna, the implications for increased caloric consumption are quite impressive. Assuming "a sauna"
as mentioned in JAMA, to last for 30 minutes, some interesting comparisons may be drawn. Two of
the highest calorie output forms of exercise are rowing and marathon running. Peak output on a
rowing machine or during a marathon run, you can burn about 600 calories in 30 minutes.

Our infrared cardiac sauna can, thus, play a pivotal role in both weight control and cardiovascular
conditioning. This would be easily valuable for those who don’t exercise and those who can’t

exercise, yet you want effective weight control and fitness maintenance program and the benefits that

regular exercise can contribute to such a program.

Musculoskeletal Cases- success reported with Infrared treatments by our clients:

It increases blood flow

 Heating of one area of the body produces reflex-modulated vasodilations in distant-body
areas, even in the absence of a change in core body temperature’ i.e. heat one extremity and
the contra lateral extremity also dilates; heat a forearm and both lower extremities dilate; heat
the front of the trunk and the hand dilates.

 Heating of muscles produces an increased blood flow level similar to that seen during
exercise.

 Temperature elevation produces an increase in blood flow and dilation directly in capillaries,
arterioles and venuies, probably through direct action on their smooth muscles. The release of
waste and toxins, released as a consequence of sweat-gland activity, also produces increased
blood flow and vasodilatation.

 Whole-body hypothermia, with a consequent core temperature elevation, further induces
vasodilatation via a hypothalamic-induced decrease in sympathetic tone on the arteriovenous
anastomoses. Vasodilatation is also produced by axonal reflexes and by reflexes that change
vasomotor balance.

It assists in resolution of inflammatory infiltrates, edema and exudates.

The increased peripheral circulation provides the transport needed to help evacuate the edema which
can help end inflammation, decrease pain, uric acid, parasites, bacteria, and help speed healing.

Blood Circulation
All of the following ailments may be associated to some degree with poor circulation and,
thus, may respond well to the increased peripheral dilation associated with Nitric Oxide,
Stemcell and Infrared application:

 Arthritis  Neuritis

Superfoods for diabetes

Not all healthy foods are created equal. Greens may be good for you, but the nutrients in iceberg
lettuce may not be as plentiful as those in kale, spinach, and Swiss chard.

Besides nutrient content, the glycemic index (GI) of a food may also help you make healthy
choices.

The GI measures how quickly a food will raise blood sugar. Low GI foods have a score of 55 or
less, while high GI foods have a score of 70 or more.

In general, lower GI foods are a better choice for people with diabetes. Foods that are both
nutritious and have a low GI are helpful in managing health and blood glucose levels.

Here are 10 superfoods that are especially good for those with diabetes.

Non-starchy vegetables

Non-starchy vegetables have fewer carbs per serving. They include everything
from artichokes and asparagus to broccoli and beets.

This category of veggies goes a long way in satisfying your hunger and boosting your intake of
vitamins, minerals, fiber, and phytochemicals.

These vegetables are also low in calories and carbohydrates, making them some of the few foods
that people with diabetes can enjoy almost with abandon.

In fact, the American Diabetes Association (ADA) identifies most non-starchy vegetables as low
GI foods with a ranking of 55 or less.

In a small study from 2011Trusted Source, researchers even suggested that people given a low-
calorie diet consisting of non-starchy vegetables might successfully reverse type 2 diabetes.

2. Unsweetened Greek yogurt

consumption.

With a low GI score, unsweetened Greek yogurt is full of healthy probiotics, calcium, and protein.
It’s also a better option that regular yogurt due to its higher protein and lower carbohydrate
content.

Always check nutrition labels, as some brands have a higher carbohydrate content than others,
due to additions such as syrup flavorings, sweeteners, toppers, or fruit preserves.

Top unsweetened Greek yogurt with nuts and low GI fruits such as blackberries, blueberries, or
raspberries.

3. Tomatoes

Whether eaten raw or cooked, tomatoes are full of lycopene. This a powerful substance that may
reduce the risk of cancer (especially prostate cancer), heart disease, and macular degeneration.

Like other non-starchy fruits, tomatoes have a low GI ranking.

One study in 2011Trusted Source found that 200 grams of raw tomato (or about 1.5 medium
tomatoes) each day reduced blood pressure in people with type 2 diabetes. Researchers
concluded tomato consumption might help reduce cardiovascular risk that’s associated with type
2 diabetes.

4. Blueberries and other berries

From vision-protecting vitamin C to filling fiber, blueberries are antioxidant powerhouses.

These berries have some of the highest antioxidant levels of any fruit or vegetable and may
reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer. They also have anti-inflammatory properties.

women, but drinking the fruit juice could increase that risk.

keeps blood sugar levels stable.
Lentils are another good option since they provide B vitamins, iron, complex carbohydrates, and
protein.
While 100 percent stone-ground whole wheat bread is considered a low GI food, other types of
whole wheat bread may have medium GI rankings, with scores between 56 and 69.
