SYNCHRONOUS AND ASYNCHRONOUS SESSIONS
Professional Development Opportunities (Optional)
Important Choose Your Own Adventure PD Information:
● All teachers have optional 30 paid hours of Professional Learning. You may use
less than 30 hours.
● Some options for creating your professional learning adventure are included in
this document. We will add others throughout the year. This catalog will be
updated and reshared on a regular basis.
● You may find this document on our district website under Staff Professional
Development.
● If you find other opportunities that you would like to participate in, please
contact Nicole Jensen and/or Karen Yoder for approval.
● Timesheets must be turned in to District Curriculum Administrative Assistant
through informed K-12, by the 15th of each month.
● Please complete a Google Doc answering the questions listed on the next slide
for each session that you attend.
Label the Doc with your name, date, Session title and time spent in the sessions.
Attach it to the timesheet.
● If your course requires paid and or individual registration, please allow lead
time for us to process payment.
● These PD opportunities are to be completed outside of regular work hours in
order to receive compensation.
Verification of Professional Development
When attending any Professional Development session listed in the catalog,
please create a Google Doc and answer the questions at the bottom of the
page.
Please title the google doc with your name and date. On the top of the
Google Document, list the name of the session and the amount of time spent
in the session.
Attach the Google Doc to the time sheet upon submission.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact either Ms. Jensen or Ms.
Yoder.
● Connections: What are the new learnings or connections that you
made today?
● Changes: What are some things that you would like to try out with
your students based on what you have learned?
● Questions: What questions do you have about the topics covered?

New Training Dates are February 17th, 2022 and February 24, 2022 from 3:30 p.m. -5:30 p.m. (Must
attend both sessions-Paid at hourly rate of $44.00.

Assessment Resources at Your Fingertips. This webinar will be held on January 25, 2022, from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m., and is
intended for all local educational agency staff, including administrators and classroom educators.
