Boundaries go hand-in-hand with consent in healthy relationships. They
are key to making you and your partner feel comfortable. Ask for consent, do
not just do things because you think you should or can.

Communication is also very important to a healthy relationship.
Miscommunication is common in relationships and often leads to problems.
So it is very important to keep communication flowing through both people
in the relationship.

Finally, trust is possibly the most important aspect to maintaining a good
