9.Introduction Vegetables are the crucial nutrients need to our human body or one of the five food groups. The main nutrients of vegetables are vitamins and minerals. These nutrients are mainly to maintain immune system of the body, regulating hormones and little of wound healing, etc. Nowadays there have many people who don’t like to consume vegetables which may cause from its bad taste and hard to consume as a main. So, these people will get a lack of nutrition at vitamins and minerals may cause them to become unhealthy and got Immunodeficiency diseases (bad immune system disease). To solve the problem in our ways we research the best way for us to make a product for solving the problem of “Many people may get unhealthy from not consuming the vegetables” from the internet that are capable to all of us so we can improve many skills of teamwork and the future business that is not too hard to do for us. In the final result we decided to make a product call “Multi-nutrition Vegetable Snacks” the snack product mainly made from many vegetables mix together for easy to consume, more delicious at taste and have the same nutrients as vegetables. We mainly dry baked the vegetables mix in the stove until it’s crispier and easy for many people to eat as a healthy snack. This snack is not like the normal vegetables’ snacks cause of the more nutrients we got including the vitamin powder for more amount of nutrients than other usual vegetables snacks that sell around the market.
State of Problem Many people don’t like to consume vegetables which is one of the main nutrients of the body that are Vitamins and Minerals, this lack of nutrients can cause that people to become unhealthy and got Immunodeficiency diseases (bad immune system disease). Objective: 1.To solve the problem that people have lack of vitamins and minerals from not consuming vegetables 2.To maintain our bodies in immune system 3.To maintain the teamwork skills and job making in the future 4.Make people enjoy with eating healthy food Hypothesis: If we sell this to people who don’t like the vegetables, they would love and enjoy to eat our product more than the real vegetables they didn’t like to they will also get the vitamins and minerals from our product. Significant of study: 1.To develop the teamwork skills within the group 2.To know about Critical Thinking and creativity in solving the problem 3.To be the guideline for our future class activity and job or business 4.Know how to got the incomes and manage the financial from selling this product 5.Maintain Thai people health Nowadays that many of them don’t like to consume vegetables
6.Make Thai people have interest and focusing on maintaining their health and nutrition in the body. Scopes of limitations 1.This project will process for 1 year 2.We will do the project at school, home and make an appointment at Sri Muang Park or the comfortable place for working. 3.We study about vegetables and its nutrients and got the information of easiest vegetables and healthy vegetables we can find for our mix’s vegetables Ex. Carrot for (Vitamin A, B and K), Broccoli (for Calcium Phosphorus and iron), Cucumbers (for Vitamin B and C and minerals like potassium and magnesium) etc. Variables: 1.Independent Variable Different types of Vegetables we mix to make a variant of nutrients 2.Dependent Variable The finished result as a product of vegetables snack package in zip lock plastic packaging 3.Controlled Variable Same amount(ml) of vegetables in each packaging also the same size of the packaging in each product we sell.
Definition of terms: Immunodeficiency disease= impair the immune system's ability to defend the body against foreign or abnormal cells that invade or attack it. Vitamins = A nutrient that the body needs in small amounts to function and stay healthy as well as good immune system of the body. Minerals(nutrition)= hose elements on the earth and in foods that our bodies need to develop and function normally. Immune system= a complex network of organs, cells and proteins that defends the body against infection, whilst protecting the body's own cells. Vegetables in the snacks Expected Benefits: Our expected benefits of our project are to make people that don’t like to consume the vegetables to get the same nutrients as vegetables and enjoy eating healthy food. These benefits lead to our sales or the money we got from selling the products to improve our business skills for the future.

Carrot, Celery, Broccoli, etc. The aim of our product is to maintain our bodies and solve the problem that many people are don’t like to consume vegetables and will get the lack of nutrients at vitamin and minerals can consume it easier with great taste and enjoyment that still keep the same nutrients from the vegetables. Our product will pack in the zip lock package and then we sell to the Rayongwittayakom school’s members and their families. Concept / Information Concept Many people nowadays do not like to consume vegetables one of the five food group which is important to our bodies that are the vitamins and minerals. If we didn’t consume enough vitamins and minerals from vegetables, we can get bad digestive system and the worst thing could happen is Immunodeficiency disease from lack of immune system boost. People didn’t consume Mainly because of the bad taste and it’s very hard to consume it. If we make it easier to eat but still the same type of nutrients of vegetable for them by making a snack the easiest way to enjoy some food. Information Requirements: For one packaging (12*20 inches packaging or 200ml inside) Consists of 5 pieces of each Carrot, Sweet potato, Broccoli, Mushroom and Pumpkin that have been already processed to become the snacks by roasting. Others: Seasoning powder such as paprikas, salt or pepper Benefits: All of the vegetables we select have fibers for helping digestive system and different vitamin variation for helping immune system mostly. Contain minerals mainly is Potassium which help maintain normal levels of fluid inside our cells. and maintain our blood pressure. 3.Broccoli Broccoli has the main minerals of iron help to preserve many vital functions in the body, including general energy and focus and gastrointestinal processes and reducing the risk of cancer that got from its high antioxidants may help prevent the type of cell damage that leads to cancer. 4.Mushroom (shiitake) Shiitake is one of the most popular types of mushroom Thai people consume. Its unique characteristics of this mushroom than others are its smooth smell that other mushroom didn’t even have so this can be include in many cuisines this has

We got the knowledge from searching the search engine the best way to make this product become successful. This vegetable snacks we do focus on the way to make people got the nutrients as the vegetables at type or in another way called variations. In the other sides this vegetable may loss only with the quantity of the nutrients so this will not have the same nutrients as the real vegetables from the studies we know, so after we finish the cooking, we need to put the vitamin powder for more of vitamins in this snack. The way of making it more delicious is roasting it and season with some seasoning powder make the taste stronger. From the studies we choose and search the most common easy to find but have a lot of benefits to our bodies such as maintaining vision, ATP of the bodies, immune system ,digestive system ,etc. 3. b) Procedure /Method (with words and pictures) 1.First, wash and clean vegetables with water 2.Next, cut all vegetables into pieces. 3. then boil in the boiling pot for 10 minutes.
4.After 10 minutes, wait until the vegetables to cool down then, peel the potatoes and carrot. 5.Next up cut them into small pieces then put it into a blender. 6.After season it with a 1.5gram of salt and pepper. 7.Blend it until it’s become mashed
8.Next, place it on a plate then mix it with dough in it to make it not sticky then, cut the vegetables that we blend into a small piece then mold it into spherical shape. 9.Up next, prepare to crack an egg in the bowl then stir the egg and also prepare a dough and bread crumb in a separate plate. 10.Dip spherical shaped vegetable blend in dough, stirred egg and the bread crumb in order.
11.Next step is frying, Prepare the oil pour on the pan then heat it until its hot enough 12.Lastly, fly the snack until it’s little brown and crispy snack 13.Ready to serve!!!
c) Result’s -This product that we willing to presented to you have a brownish color and really crispy texture. Inside is full of a bunch of vegetables mixing together, give us the whole texture of both crispy at outside but inside is very soft and starchy. For the taste of the snack is a little bit salt and fatty. -This product is really easy to eat and people who don’t like vegetable can eat it people can be full after eat our product. -This product can give you the vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates for our bodies for ex. maintain our body system, boosting our immune system from vitamins and minerals, give us the energy from carbohydrates
