SPECIAL THANKS TO volunteers from the Western Michigan University Cooley
Law School Tampa Bay Student Bar Association (SBA) and Phi Delta Phi
International Legal Honor Society (PDP). The SBA serves as the liaison
between WMU Cooley Law School’s administration and Student Body. The
SBA also promotes, establishes, and facilitates activities and organizations on-
campus. PDP was established in 1869 to promote a higher standard of
professional ethics. PDP’s membership is drawn from WMU Cooley students
who have proven themselves to be companionable and have manifested ability
in legal study. However, excellent academic achievement alone is not sufficient
to give rise to an invitation to join. Integrity, service, and excellence in all
facets of life are considered factors for membership. Once accepted, a member of PDP is recognized as one
whose moral compass, academic ability, and personal integrity are beyond reproach. Membership in PDP is a
mark of honor and distinction that follows each member throughout life.
