Ryan is the founder and resident broker for FILO Real Estate Group with his wife & partner, Stephanie. He
loves to share his knowledge of residential real estate.
Meeting him for the first time, you'll realize he's unlike most real estate professionals you meet. He brings his
neighborhood expertise, knowledge of market trends, staging and construction know-how...with lots of humor.
And he negotiates. On everything. It's rare he can't come to an agreeable solution for everyone involved. Except
when it comes to his 5-year-old daughter. She wins everything. It's hard to say how he will be like with his 19-
month-old son. So far he's been winning, though his son can't talk yet, so we'll see.

An ex-marketing and head of strategic product development for a Fortune 500 company, when he's not being a
gym class hero, Ryan can be found playing with his kids, finding shows to never finish on Netflix, and driving
over everything in his path.
Stephanie is a mom of two, with a passion for real estate and exploring the cooler things in life. Always eager to
inform, Stephanie wears many hats as the dare-say "better half" of the husband and wife team that make up
FILO Real Estate Group.
Stephanie is a Realtor and has the following designations: Certified buyer representative
(CBR), Real Estate Digital Marketer (REDM), a notary, and is the contents and marketing
developer at FILO Real Estate.
She is knowledgeable about pretty much everything in Residential Real Estate and anything within the walls of
awesomeness: from the latest interior design trends, to the most absurd baby toys around. She also enjoys
spontaneous dance-offs with her five-year-old daughter while running after her ever energetic 19-month-
old...and laughing at her own jokes (that aren't even funny). Much like real estate, it's what keeps this gal alive.
Stephanie is an ex-Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor (in the weakest sense of the term) and avid technology lover.

We're boutique firm that never intended on getting big, but we have a couple of associates. They insisted they
