When the order taker has finished handling the guest dialing/calling, then valet called by the order
taker to take the guest laundry. Valet will come to the guest room. And valet knocs at the guest
room door 3 times (don’t forget to mention your identity : you can mention VALET
SERVICE/LAUNDRY SERVICE) and then the guest opens the door, so convertation is :
Valet : Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Mrs. Yuni Anggraini?
The Guest : Good Morning.
Valet : Do you have any clothes to wash, Mrs. Yuni Anggraini?
