In 2025, everything we did centered on one purpose: serving our Members. Your continued trust and commitment to building a stronger financial future inspired our efforts. Guided by the credit union philosophy of People Helping People, Credit Union of Southern California (CU SoCal) delivered practical financial solutions designed to help Members save more, access affordable credit, and move forward with confidence.When the devastating Los Angeles wildfires impacted our community, CU SoCal provided relief by donating $10,000 and offering $1.25 million in interest-free loans to help affected Members recover.Last year also marked meaningful growth through our partnership with LA Financial Credit Union with an addition of four branch locations.Together, we remain dedicated to helping Members build stronger financial futures and building better lives in the communities we serve.2025: A YEAR OF MOMENTUM, IMPACT, AND MEMBER COMMITMENTIn 2025, building better lives meant expanding high-rate savings options, offering affordable loans, and enhancing digital tools that make managing money easier. Strong financial performance and responsible growth allowed us to return meaningful value to Members.At year end:§ Our Membership increased to more than 184,000.§ Our total loans grew by $425.6 million, a 25% increase.§ Our Members earned $30.5 million in direct financial benefits.¹§ Our Members earned $39.1 million in dividends.§ Our Members saved $12.4 million on lower interest rates on loans.¹§ Our Members received an average of $380 in household savings.¹§ We earned a superior 5-star financial stability rating from BauerFinancial.§ We received the 2025 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award for the third consecutive year.EMPOWERING MEMBERS WITH FINANCIAL CONFIDENCE We continued to support financial confidence through education and outreach programs designed to help Members make informed decisions. Throughout the year, we provided practical guidance and real-world learning opportunities for Members of all ages.Highlights include:§ Hosted 110 free financial workshops, including five community presentations delivered entirely in Spanish.§ Expanded CU F.L.Y. (Credit Union Financial Literacy for Youth) by hosting 21 Bite of Reality events—handson financial simulations for students—in partnership with local schools and community organizations.EXCEPTIONAL MEMBER EXPERIENCES Last year, Member feedback reflected strong satisfaction across key service channels, reinforcing our focus on listening to Members and continuously improving howwe serve.This focus on service excellence resulted in top 5 Overall Satisfaction rankings² among peers across several key areas, including:§ Digital Banking: Ranked #2§ Branches: Ranked #42026 VISION In 2026, we remain focused on securing and evolving the financial well-being of our Members through enhanced services, benefits, rewards, and financial education tools.§ In Q1, we updated the Rewards+ Loyalty Program widget in Digital Banking, enabling Members to seamlessly upgrade from Classic to Rewards Checking and gain immediate access to enhanced rewards benefits.§ We recently enhanced Rewards Checking tofeature Better Life Benefits, offering greaterprotection and services such as telehealth, cellphone protection, and roadside assistance.§ Throughout 2026, we will continue expanding our capabilities with emerging technologies to improve convenience and efficiency for Members.We are grateful for the trust our Members place in us and we are honored to serve our communities every day.1.
