As a Concierge Member, you can quickly complete
account transactions by simply calling or emailing
your personal Concierge Relationship Advisor, who
will handle the transactions for you. It’s another way
to show our appreciation and create value for you
through greater convenience and time saving.

Our Concierge Services Team consists of Tremaine
Collins and Lilia Herrera, two outstanding team
members from our branch network. Tremaine and
Lilia were hand selected for the Concierge Team
due to their high energy, positive attitudes, and
passion for helping Members reach their goals. Take
