Scentsy Club is a subscription service (like loa boxes, hello
fresh, freddies flowers etc) that lets subscribers

schedule regular shipments of Scentsy consumables ( I.E
the stuff that runs out ). THEY ARE delivered directly to the

CUSTOMER and they can sign up and manage their own
accounts via your pws.

IT'S free to join AND free to leave, CUSTOMERS only paY FOR
PRODUCTS AND SHIPPING COSTS

10% discount on orders over £36/€44 ( e.g if theY subscribed to a
whiff box, they would get it for £32.40/€39.60 )
10% DISCOUNT AND 1 HALF PRICE ITEM FOR ORDERS OVER £73/€88 ( THE
ONLY WAY TO GET A WHIFF BOX HALF PRICE; SO THIS MONTHS BOX COULd
BE £18/€22 MAKING IT EVEN BETTER VALUE! )
CUSTOMISIBALE SHIPPING SCHEDULE - MOnTHLY, BI-MONTHLY OR
QUARTERLy and 1 skip every year for discontinued bars
"always get my bar" promise ( scentsy will continue to make
discontinued scentsy bars specifically for them as long as they
are in their club or a licensing agreement is open )
customer referral and points scheme - they must opt into the
scheme via their accounts & then get issued an exclusive referral
code to use. they get 1 point for every £1/€1 they spend in club (
on prv value only as vat/tax & shipping is excluded ) or 2 points
for every £1/€1 their referral spends. every 25 points earned is
£1/€1 off future club or pws orders ( licensed & chariTAble cause
purchases excluded ) . points can be accumulated over 180 days (
they expire after this time ). they can only discount an order by
50% of its total value ( e.g if their order was £/€50 and they had
£/€50's worth of points they could only discount it to £/€25 with
the other £/€25 rolling over to use again ). points are added to
their accounts on the 1st every month.

depending on your promotional level you get 20 - 25% commission

on the prv of your own subscriptions and any customers that

sign up directly under you

15% commisssion on the prv of customers referrals ( regardless

of your promotional level )

it builds residual income. which is income that continues to be

received after the intitial income producing work is done simply

referrals = new customers! who's details will be registered on the

scentsy club orders tab of your workstation ( an example of how

to find the info is on the next page ) for follow up in reaching out to

them and making sure they know how club works, introducing them

to your vips groups etc

its a way to track those potential recruits lurking in your club.

when they are getting enough referrals to benefit from an active

order regularly, then it's the perfect time to share their earning

potential on their referrals aND ASK THEM TO JOIN, EVEN IF ITS ONLY

AS A HOBby because all of their referrals become their customers

when they join if they join with you ( if they join under another

consultant they lose the customers and keep them as roll-ups )

one deDIcated day a month to educate customers on what it is and how it
works TO BENEFIT THEM
have your own club, especially with bars eligible for the "always get
my bar" promise and share your own excitement about them arriving
thanks to scentsy club
encourage customers to share their club deliveries with an approved
hashtag, so all those posts can be a pinned topic in your vip groups
making them easier for customers to find
every time a new release comes out remind them they can add it to club
for 30 dayS. if they buy the scent and love it, folLow up with them a few
days bEfore the 30th day to remind them to join / add it to club
have a scentsy club flyer in every single order AND SAMPLE PACK YOU
SEND OUT
AT THE END OF EACH CATALOGUE SEASON ( JANUARY & JULY ) follow up with all
customers that have a SCENT THEY LOVE THATS DISCONTINUING to remind
them to join / add it to club
STICKERS ON INSIDE OF EVERY SCENTSY BAR AND consumable product
INFORM CLUB SUBCRIBERS THAT THEY ALSO BEneFIT FROM "MY OWN PERSONAL
special REFERrAL SCHEME I RUN outside of club", SO THEY GET EVEN MORE
PERKS! i have mine as a double sided leaflet with my club flyer so it is
always given to customers on a one to one compliant basis

i use this sticker on the inside of scensty bar clamshells
they are 5cm by 5cm in size and i tick off all the boxes of the catagories

that scent comes in . i always put for a limited time only as they are
products the get automatically removed from club subscriptions once they

discontinue, so thats way im not falsely advertising in any way

i use this sticker on: other consumable products, oils, car bars, car bar clips,
fragrance flowers, scent circles, scent paks, scentsy pods, laundry, body,
clean, pets, light bulbs, air purifier filters, whiff boxes & cotton clean ups.

they are 30mm by 30mm in size
NOTE: USE unless they specify it's for a gift, because i personally wouldn't want

an advertisement stuck on a gift spoiling it & they still get a club flyer

marketing with intention = doing income producing tasks now that benefit
you later down the line with residual income

each month, after scent of the month subcriptions arrive i send out
samples of limited time offering waxes to my subsbribers that are still
eligible to be clubbed. to keep postage costs down as my club grows
these samples are felt samples, along with a scent of the month scratch
and sniff sticker displayed on a4 sheet with a list of what they come in
and when they can be no longer be added to club and a treat sample (
examples to follow ). I do this to try and encourage them to add them to
their existing club, either by amending it or adding to it and increasing
its order value without being spammy. I also show the benefits of the
monetary saving they get by adding the whole lot into club too!
i view their itemised club to see what products they prefer to order and
use that info to folow up with them when new catalogues & lto
collections launch, to see if they want to try new scents in those
product ranges
i hold a quarterly draw for subscribers that share their deliveries as
they arrive with my approved hashtag. this helps my social media
algorithm, gives extra visibility to the promotion of club and discourages
regular subscribers from skipping their subscriptions because they may
loose out on a potential freebie !
Their draw prize is always intentionally an item that can be clubbed that
they dont already subscribe to in the hopes they'll add it ( i get the prize
on free credit )

as you can see here this customer received this months club happy mail and
has now added an additonal 4 licensed bars to their club, meaning that her
subscription now earns me an additional £6* when it processes quarterly

*Based on the fact shes a frontline suscriber (not a referral) and i get paid at 25% on them

as the training is now over i wanted to take a moment to clarify a few
acronyms that I've used that you might not know the meaning of:


prv - personal retail volume

(every product we sell has a prv value and it is the universal cost per item
for all currencies before vat/tax is added)
pws - personal website
lto - limited time offering
