PREFACE

This portfolio It's a part of my compilation of
my knowledge, abilities, and skills, developments
in various fields. It contains personal information,
My educational background, accomplishments,
and activities that I have participated in during
my senior school.

I would like to say Thank you to my parents,
teachers, and everyone who encouraged and
guided me to apply to Khon Kaen University
Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

I hope that my portfolio qualifies to accept me
into this faculty so that I can pursue my goal of
studying in this faculty.

INSPIRATION FOR CHOOSING THIS FACULTY

I want to be fluent in English because I've met a lot of foreign
people since I was a child and have tried to communicate with
them, but it's not good enough for them to understand what I'm
trying to say. Until I was an adult, I took extra English classes
outside of school and my English score at school is better than
when I was a child.
I was 12 years old when my cousin returned from the United
States and came to travel with me, and her husband is also a
foreigner. I believe that someday I will visit the United States, so I
need to practice my English skills. When I finished grade 9 at Don
Bosco School, I took a test to enter the International Program at
Udonpittayanukoon School.
And it turned out that I passed the test, so I decided to spend the
next three years studying there to improve my English skills.
I was afraid to talk to teachers in the classroom for the first time
when I came to summer for basic adjustment for the International
Program. I can communicate with my teacher in class after one
semester, but I want to improve my skills even more, so I chose to
spend the summer in New Zealand, but I was unable to do so due
to Covid-19, so I'm disappointed. However, I will not give up; I will
continue to listen to podcasts, watch movies, listen to music, and
read a book to improve my English skills.
At school, I enjoy conversing with native speakers and
international friends. I hope to travel abroad in the future and be
able to communicate fluently with others.
So those are my motivations for wanting to join this faculty.
