GROUP PROGRAM INFORMATION

To qualify for a group agreement your group must meet or exceed a
minimum of 20 combined nights.

MEETING ROOM A&B can accommodate up to 50 on their own and 75 when

combined. Rooms have kitchenette and a restroom. The rental fee includes
tables, chairs, set-up, tear-down, day-of event coordinator and cleaning. $250
A or B and $500 for A & B combined.

OUTDOOR PATIO 2 patios can seat up to 36 and can be rented for Private Use

at $250 for 4 hours.

CONFERENCE ROOM can accommodate 160 standing and 120 seated guests.

This centrally located meeting space features natural light and access to your
own private patio with views. The rental fee includes tables, chairs, set-up,
tear-down, day-of event coordinator and cleaning. $250 half-day and $500
full-day.

LOBBY can accommodate up to 200 guests buffet style. We will reserve tables

for large parties and offer it on a buyout basis. Pricing is dependent upon sea-
son, date and time.

AMPHITHEATRE & GAZEBO can accommodate up to 150 guests. Includes 3

firepits and barbecue area. $250 for 4 hours.

BIG HORN BAR & GRILL can accommodate up to 80 guests in the main din-

ing room and an additional 36 in the bar. Host your event in our Saloon style
restaurant which features remnants of the Wild West. $500 half-day, $1000
full-day.
