Login to NEWPAGES Merchant System

Step 1: Login via Google

Go to Google.com.my, search for “Newpages Network”, click the 1st result with
www.newpages.com.my/....

OR Login via Browser

Enter URLs www.newpages.com.my

Step 2: Enter username and password

Enter the correct username and password (case sensitive)

2.1 Add Latest News

1. Click Add Latest News to enter news or promotion
2. Show the News on your website
3. Hide the News from your website
4. Edit The News (refer 3.1 Edit News for further details)
5. Delete the News permanently from server

2.2 Edit Latest News

1. Upload image for the news (or replace the existing image of the news)
2. News/Promotion Title
3. Blank Page area for detail information (refer WYSWYG for further details on using the

design panel)

3. Managing Jobs Classified

1. Edit the selected Job Vacancy Ads
2. Permenantly Delete the selected Job Vacancy Ads
3. (To create a new Job Vacancy Ads) Fill in all the details

4. Click to publish the new Job Vacancy Ads

* Jobs Vacancy Ads will be listed on Newjobs.com.my,

Newpages.com.my and indexed in Google Search

4. Managing Video Content

* Only support video that uploaded onto Youtube
1. Enter the Title for the video
2. Copy, and paste the Link for the Youtube video
3. Blank space to entry text description for the video

5. Managing Downloadable Content

Only applicable if you have a Download Section on your website
1. Click the “Add Download” to add downloadable content
on to your website.

6. Managing New Pages Premium Profile

Goto www.newpages.com.my, search your
company name.

Locate your company profile and click to preview
your Newpages Premium Profile.

To Edit, login to your Newpages Merchant System,
click “Newpages Profile”

1. Change the Newpages Premium Profile Main Picture (this will change the Mobile Version
Website Picture as well)

2. Edit the Profile Introduction Text (this will change the Mobile Version Website Homepage

7. Understand WYSWYG (Design Panel)

7.1 Insert Image to Post/Page

0. Click from WYSWYG (Design Panel) to start the image upload process
1. Click Browse Server
2. Click Create New Folder (can skip if you do not need a special folder)
3. Click Choose File (upload a image from your computer)
4. Click Upload
5. You will see the newly uploaded image appeared on the list (click the image you just

uploaded)
6. You will see a long URLs of the image. (meaning you have successfully uploaded the

image)
7. The image you uploaded can be preview in the box
8. Click OK and the image will appeared in the POST.

7.2 Insert Video

Currently only Youtube Video can be insert to your post/page

0. Go to the www.youtube.com, search
the video you would like to insert
1. Click Share Button
2. Click Embed Button
3. Select all the text in the box, and
COPY it.
4. If you do not want youtube to show
suggested videos when the video
finishes, Untick the Checkbox.

4. Go back to the WYSWYG (Design Panel), click the button, and the entire page

will turn into source code mode.

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the Code. PASTE the code you copy from youtube

6. Once your correctly paste the code, click the again, and the entire page will return

to preview mode. And you will see a box like image below:

A Box with a mark in the center. Which meant

you successfully insert the Youtube.

8. Understanding Report

1. Visitor Report from Newpages Premium
Profile (Your Advertisement Profile in
Newpages.com.my)
2. Visitor Report from Search Engine (Google,
Yahoo, Bing)
3. Download Report in PDF Format

1. Total Visitor/Keywords found from Search Engine
2. Report by Months
3. Search Engine Provider
4. Keywords being searched
5. Date, and time the keywords being searched
6. Location of the Visitor
7. IP address and country of the Visitor
