In-room Dining Our in-room dining service is available from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM, with the last order being taken at 10:15 PM. To place an order, scan the QR Code provided in your room. This will direct you to our in-room dining menu, allowing you to choose from a wide range of delicious options. 2. Outlets We also want to remind you that we have three interesting Chinatown-inspired F&B outlets. Mention code word “CHINATOWNEATS” when making a reservation at our outlets to enjoy 15% off your total bill. Just walk right in to have a chat with the friendly team or contact our Front Desk for more details on the terms and conditions. Refer to table below for operation hours. Payment When utilizing our food and beverage services, please note that payment is to be made directly at the time of purchase via cash or a debit/credit card. (B) Facilities We are pleased to offer the following facilities for your enjoyment and convenience: 1. Parking The parking fee is RM5.00 per day, allowing for multiple entries until the cut-off time of 12 AM. To avail of the discounted parking rate, we kindly request you to validate your "Touch N Go" card or debit/credit card used to enter the car park at our Front Desk on Level 7 on a daily basis. The payment will be deducted directly from the card upon exiting the car park. 2. Fitness Center Located at Level 7. Open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. 3. Swimming Pool Located at Level 7. Open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. 4. Baggage Storage For your convenience, we offer a baggage storage room located on Level G. This facility allows guests to securely store their bags before check-in or after check-out. 5. Self-service Laundry & Dryer Facilities Located in the Luggage Room on Level G. Open 24 hours daily. Washer Dryer RM12 for a 35-minute cycle (additional RM1 charged per additional 3 minutes) RM12 for a 30-minute cycle (additional RM1 charged per additional 3 minutes) Note: Guests need to purchase tokens to use the machines. It is recommended to provide exact change, as no refunds are given for extra tokens. Detergent is included with the machine. The weight limit for each machine is 10KG. The self-service laundry facility is operated by Smart Solution Engineering Sdn Bhd. Use at your own risk. The Hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
