1. Introduction

1.1Overview of the system

“Episkey” is a project which was mainly focused E-Commerce platform. It comes
with two web application.

1.2System requirements

• Google Chrome (latest version)
• User should have a valid login credentials.

2. Application Layout

“EPISKEY” Web Application Layout is a familiar Layout as a user can see in most of
the Web Applications. The application offers ease of access and a user-friendly
environment for users to initiate the processes that have automated the system.

Sign Out
When user logins to the system, the user will notice sign out displayed on the top right

corner of the website. By clicking the sign out button, the user will logout.

Side Navigation Menu
On the left, the user provides all the “Tasks” Web Application performs. For user’s
ease, tasks are categorized into many sections. Dropdown side navigation menu will

direct the user to sections and its subsections.

Dashboard
Allows the user to view the dashboard section.

Blog
Allows the user to view the blog section

Inventory
Inventory section categorized into many sections. These are an item, Add GRN, GRN

item.

Service provider
Service provider section categorized into many sections. These are Credit Card, Loan,

and Saving Account.

3.1 Company Registration

3.1.1 Company Registration - Account Setting
Users need to fill all fields of account settings section and click the “NEXT STEP”

button, then redirect to the setup company locations.

Error Handling
If the user clicks on “NEXT STEP” without filling in the mandatory fields, the errors

will be shown inline as shown below.

3.1.2 Company Registration - Setup Company Location
Users need to fill all fields of Setup Company Location section and click the “NEXT

STEP” button, then redirect to the Setup Company.

If the user clicks on “NEXT STEP” without filling in the mandatory fields, the errors

will be shown inline as shown below.

3.1.3 Company Registration - Setup Company
Users need to fill all fields of Setup Company section and click the “NEXT STEP”

button, then redirect to the Set Your Social Media.

Users need to fill all fields of Set Your Social Media section and click the “NEXT

STEP” button, then redirect to the Make Payment.

3.1.5 Company Registration - Make Payment
Users need to fill all fields of Make Payment section and click the “NEXT STEP”

button, then redirect to the Completed.

3.1.6 Company Registration – Completed
Here user can see all the data received from filling the above sections. User can check

the accuracy of the information and click the “SUBMIT” button below.

Success Handling
After filling in the form, the user can save the company registration by clicking
“SUBMIT” Button. The user can see the progress of the company registration save on

the alert message.

3.2 Login

The users should use the correct login credentials to log in to the EPISKEY web
application. If the login credentials are correct, the user will be able to successfully

log in to the EPISKEY web application.

Error Handling
If the user input incorrect credentials an error will be displayed as shown below.

3.3 Dashboard

Once the user login to the system they will land on the dashboard shown below.

1. User can find the blog by typing the blog title on the text field.

4. By clicking on the ‘Cart’, the users will be redirected to the view of the

according to the user-requested page number.

item SKU, and item barcode on the text fields.

This is the homepage where the customer first sees the product. Customers can see
how the products are categorized into features, best sellers, and new arrivals.

Product Quick view is displayed when the consumer clicks on a product as mentioned
above. It shows the name, price, and description of the product to the consumer.

This page allows the customer to view all the products on the website.

Customers will be able to get a full description of the product. They also have the

1. By clicking on the ‘Add to Cart’ button, the users will be able to add the item
into the cart.

2. By clicking on the ‘Wish’ button, the users will be able to add the item into
the wish list.

4. 5 Shopping Cart

When the customer wants to shop and select the item they want, they join the cart.
This shopping cart displays all the selected items. Finally, they can be purchased.

1. By clicking on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button, the users will be redirected
to the checkout.

4.6 Wish List

Item can be added to this wish list even if the customer does not buy the desired items
at the time. So they can add it to the cart whenever they want.

the cart.

4.7 Checkout

If a consumer arrives at the checkout, then the consumer is redeemed if he is not a
registered user. They will then be directed to the login & registration page. Then when
the user registers, the checkout page is redirected. Once the checkout page arrives, the

consumer can add billing details. Once the consumer agrees to the cash on delivery
and terms and conditions of the website, the order can be placed.

Success Handling
After filling in the form, the user can place the order by clicking “PLACE ORDER”

Button. The user can see the progress on the alert message.

Customers who are already registered can log in. New customers also have the option
of being a register.
