South East, Home Counties and South Midlands, forging partnerships with leading
residential and commercial developers, local authorities, landowner groups and
consultant Project Managers.

With our main office in Kempston, Bedford we are able to deliver fully resourced, high
quality infrastructure projects from Wiltshire to the Suffolk coast. across a range of sectors
including infastructure, groundworks and highways.

We have a workforce of over 900 people in our operations in and around the UK.

Over two decades, ECL has grown from our humble roots as a groundworks services company to an ambitious and

9 BIDWELL PROJECT

In mid-2018 ECL was contracted by Bidwell Land Ownership Group, a consortium of local landowners, to deliver the strategic
infrastructure necessary to develop the 166 hectare site which will eventually accommodate nearly 2000 new homes.

17 KINGSBROOK PROJECT

development of 2,450 homes over three villages in Kingsbrook, Aylesbury Vale. In partnership with RSPB, Barratt David
