THE MOST REMEMBERED DAY OF MY LIFE

The most remembered day of my life was started on 10 June , 2021. It was 6.30 a.m. when
my alarm clock woke me up. It was a blessed morning when the sun have risen and the
birds are chirping on that morning. I got up from my bed and take my shower then started
pedalling my bicycle to school as fast as lightning because I did not want to be late on that
day. I entered my school with holding my school bag and a guitar bag slung on the back.
That day was band member election day at my school where my school band was one of the
best band among other school in my state. So , it was my dream to join the band since I got
into that school. The reason is because I was addicted to music since I was kid and my
favourite instrument is guitar which have been played for almost 5 years. To conclude , I was
addicted to music and my guitar a lot untill I have no other hobbies exclude playing my
guitar. Furthermore , I have playing my guitar everyday to improve my skill and boosted my
intereset to more focus on this field. Back to my stories , it was a selection day where our
school music band club open a reqruitment to anyone who interested to join their band need
to register to become a member and specify the musical instruments that can be played.
Lukcy me , they were founding for a leading guitarist. That were their main purpose. Luckily ,
I was selected among the other guitarists after showing my talent.

Moreover , since that day , I was started practising because I have got a schedule for our
band practise day and mostly held in the evening as it were our free time. So, I have been
rehearsing with passion to strengthen the chemistry between the other band members. I was
so lucky to got a friendly and open minded members in our band. To make up a story, one
afternoon while we were rehearsing , one of our trainees or teachers , Mr. Yusof came to
see us to announce that there would be a special show organized by our District Education
Office. The program was held on a large scale and many superiors would be in attendance
such as our Director of the District Education Office, education officer and most surprisingly
and gratifyingly, my idol Noh Salleh a singer and composer from the ‘Hujan band’ came as a
special guest on the program. We were so excited to heard that news and it boost our spirit
to be practise more and made a full preparation on the programme.

On the next day , our trainees came to us and made an assembled to discuss about the
show such as what song would we brought on that day. after discussion, we have decided
on the members who will be involved on the day of the presentation later. one of its
members was me, as a lead guitarist in our band. It was a bis responsibility to me to as a
newbie in a band and just made a first step but have to took a position in this big situation. At
first , I was so nervous to took this responsibility but I have to admitted that anyone who want
to be a great people would have to took a risk on whatever they did as a first move to
success. Next , we started practising our song for the show. Our song titile that would we
brought were ‘Sang Penikam’ and ‘Kotak Hati’ which this song own by our special guest and
also my idol Noh Salleh. This was a sign to welcomed him as he was one of the ‘legend’ on
the music production and could be catogerised as ‘legend’. Furthermore , one the full
rehearsal day , we have to perform our show in front of our principal , Mr. Ibrahim. He
wanted to watched our result for 2 weeks of practiced. We have setup our instrument and
ready for the rehearsel. We have been practiced diligently and tirelessly but suddenly , when
I was playing my guitar , my guitar strings was broken on the stage and our perfomance was
ruins on that day. I was very dissapointed on that day , because I was the reason our
perfomance broke on that day and it decrease my spirit to perform on that day. I kept
overthinking that the same tragedy would be happened on that day.

Then , one day before a show , I was so nervous as I did not talked to anyone include my
bandmates. They al realized from my face that I have no spirit to perform on the show. Then
, our trainees came to me and gave some word of encouragement to boost up my spirit
back. Moreover , on the show day , I woke up early in the morning to vibing and gain some
positive spirit for me and for us. I wanted that day would be a great day for us. Next , it iwas
for us to perform and on the stage , I saw a lot of people screaming and gave applause to us
, It boost my confidence back. Plus , I saw Noh Salleh gave us thumbs up and smile to us.
Our show going smoothly as our plan and it was a relieve to us as we have gave an all out
on that show. After that , Noh Salleh came to us and said “congrats” to us because brought
him soul in our show . it was a big achivement for me .
Last but not least , it was a memorable and a great day for me to be remind. It was a hard
journey but end with a sweet memories. It was a very remembered day in my life story.
